We are happy. We were missing a few things when we arrived but the owner arrived within 15 minutes of us sending an email and made everything great. We appreciated that attention.

The beds were good. And there were two toilets. Free parking spots just outside the door.

We had everything we needed and then some. Clean, well organized. A green open space in the backyard where to spend the sunny times, with a barbecue. If the whether is not too friendly, you can stay inside without getting bored: some books, the tv (Netflix and Prime not to be neglected) can surely help, if you don’t bring some society games to play in the living room or you don’t feel like cooking (kitchen well supplied). WiFi available everywhere (even in the garden).

We had to stay 6 days in place (pandemic rules). Even in sunny days, the backyard felt colder because of the wind and we couldn’t enjoy the time outside as much as we wanted, not being used with the weather. The second (kid’s) bedroom had no tv, but the room was very cosy and sunny and they read a lot, so for us wasn’t exactly a minus.

Some more garbage containers to sort the garbage would have been really appreciated since we were supposed to do it.

Lage gut, aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen

Die Anbindung an die Stadt ist super. Bushaltestelle 100 Meter von der Haustür. Zum Hauptbahnhof mit Linie 12 in 34 Minuten.

Größe und Lage ist gut, aber alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Fenster schließen nicht richtig, die Haustüre wollte sich nicht mehr öffnen, die Duschtüre und die Rollos kam uns entgegen,... Man sieht das Renovationen nicht Fachmännisch durchgeführt wurden. Schade!

Ich werde diese Unterkunft niemandem empfehlen

Lage war in einer etwas runtergekommenen Gegend, allerdings gab es einen Direktbus zum Hauptbahnhof.

Es waren wirklich olle alte Möbel, die Schlafcouch total oll und alt und verdreckt darunter unglaublich dreckig, der Terrassenbereich total runtergekommen. Also alles andere als schön, diese Unterkunft. Sauberkeit hielt sich wirklich in Grenzen aber dafür wurde die Putzpauschale auf 80€ erhöht. Die Miniwohnfläche, hatte ich in einer Stunde tip top geputzt!

Wir hatten einen sehr guten Aufenthalt & alles was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle ruhige Lage und trotzdem war die City (mit dem Auto) gut erreichbar. Öffentliche Parkplatzsituation war super. Gute Raumaufteilung und das kleine WC im EG war morgens auch sehr hilfreich, hat uns bei 3 Personen einiges an Zeit erspart.

Wenn einem persönlich etwas nicht gefällt, heißt es ja noch lange nicht, dass es anderen Gästen auch nicht gefällt. Daher gibt es für mich hier nichts zu bewerten. Ich habe nichts negatives anzubringen.

Definitiv besser als ein anonymes Hotelzimmer

Sehr gute Kommunikation. Überdachte, windgeschützte Terrasse. Saubere Unterkunft. Hatte mich ausgeschlossen und der Host konnte mich innerhalb von 10 Minuten wieder reinlassen.
