Superb

The key collection is frim a locked box in front of the apartment. The owner was responsive to help with unlocking the box. The apartment is tastefully furnished and has adequate space. The laundry facility is free for use. The owner is quite flexible with check in or check out timing as long as it is discussed. It is easily to communicate with the owner.

Toilet was a bit cold.

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay in the ground apartment, anything we needed. It was 20min close to the city center.

The floor was slipery, didn't mind us the adults but for the kids that was tricky.

Disappointing.

We stayed there previously of our current trip, three years ago. Then we very much liked the property which was the top apartment.

This time unfortunately it was not clear from the description at all that there is a top and a ground floor apartment. I wanted to book again the one on the top but it was not obvious from the photos, which is which, the first photos from the property I booked were from the top apartment. Eventually I got the ground floor apartment which was not mentioned even in the confirmation email. I realised that there are two very different properties when it was about how to get the keys. I tried to contact the owner several times, also after arriving, since basicaly the ground apartment only have some privacy if all window shutters are closed, there is a full glass door directly to the street, the windows partly next to some street stairs so people could have watch directly in if we left the shutters open. The owner did not acknowledge that there is a significant difference between the two properties and therefore it is very problematic that it is not clear from the description which one is booked. He was not open to any compensation option. Booking.com, although acknowledged I am right, could not reinforce any actions. It was very disappointing, not to mention other details about cleaness.

Klein, aber fein

Das Apartment ist klein, für meine Zwecke war es aber perfekt. Bad mit Dusche, kleiner Kühlschrank, elektronische Kochplatte, ein kleiner Arbeitstisch und Zugang zur Waschmaschine im Keller. Das Bett war auch bequem, wenn auch etwas schmal. Die Lage echt top zur Innenstadt.

Das W-Lan hat nicht wirklich funktioniert, was für mich aber nicht unbedingt relevant war. Die Fotos sind nicht alle vom Apartment Hooge, sondern von allen 3 im Haus befindlichen Apartments.

Sehr gute Lage ganz nah am Bahnhof, putzig kleines Appartement mit allem was man braucht, Sehr durchdachte Ausstattung, gute Matratze, Moderne, farbenfrohe Accessoires. Magenta TV

Die Eingangstür ist leider auch mit der Spiegelfolie einsichtig, d.h. vorhandener Vorhang ist empfohlen. Schlechtes WLAN.

Mycket centralt, lite annorlunda Hus trevlig upplevelse med all in.

Parkering var inte bra, flytta bil vid olika tidpunkter dyrt och parkera. Kan vara lite förklarligt med tanke på hur centralt det var beläget.

Die Unterkunft liegt super um mit der Bahn anzureisen. Auch das nahe Shoppingcenter ist perfekt für die täglichen Besorgungen.

Nicht besonders ruhig unter der Woche aufgrund der Nähe zur größeren Straße, dafür aber sehr zentral gelegen.

Eine tolle, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung,die einen schönen Aufenthalt in Kiel möglich macht.

Diese Ferienwohnung war bisher mit Abstand die schönste, die wir in Kiel hatten. Unsere Tochter hat sich besonders über die kleine Spielecke mit Büchern und Puzzeln gefreut. Die Lage war optimal, da wir in gut 5 min beim Bahnhof waren(zu Fuß). Die Schlüsselübergabe lief problemlos und die Wohnung war insgesamt sehr behaglich eingerichtet. Wir werden diese Wohnung sicher nicht zum letzten Mal gebucht haben.

Es war an einigen spezifischen Stellen nicht so sauber (auf Schränken, unterm Sofa...), im Großen und Ganzen aber wirkte es gepflegt. Und es war auf den Bildern nicht so ersichtlich, dass das eine Schlafzimmer zwar eine Tür hat, aber die Wand oben offen ist, sodass man doch sehr gut alles mithört, was in der Küche/Wohnzimmer passiert und das Licht natürlich rein scheint. Außerdem schließt das Badezimmer direkt ans Schlafzimmer an, sodass man da immer durch muss. Das hat uns nun nicht gestört, da wir nur zu dritt waren und daher die Auswahl an Zimmern hatten,aber vielleicht ist der Hinweis für größere oder andere Familiengruppen/konstellationen interessant :)

Leider sehr laut, enges Bad und keine Rauchmelder...

Die Wohnung ist sehr nett gemacht mit einer kleine Küche, Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine. Außerdem gibt es eine Ess-Ecke und einen Lounge-Bereich. Da kann man es gut aushalten.

Auf der eckigen Toilette ist eine runde Klobrille? So etwas kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Das ganze Bad ist doch sehr klein, da kann man kaum die Arme ausstrecken. Außerdem spritzt das Wasser aus der Toilette, wenn die Spülung betätigt wird. Wenn man direkt davor steht, bekommt man "nasse" Füße. Was mir auch sehr negativ aufgefallen ist, dass nur eins der Schlafzimmer (von zwei) einen Rauchmelder hat. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es keinen Rauchmelder, obwohl das gesetzlich vorgeschrieben ist. Gerade bei so hohen Decken sind Rauchmelder wichtig. Außerdem war während meinem Aufenthalt eine riesen Baustelle direkt vor der Tür. Da wurde morgens ab 7 Uhr richtig Krach gemacht. Mich hat es jetzt nicht sonderlich gestört, da ich sowieso zum arbeiten in Kiel war, aber wenn ich dort Urlaub gemacht hätte, wäre das schon echt fies gewesen. Direkt vor den Fenstern der Schlafzimmer verläuft eine Straße, welche auch sehr laut ist. Da schläft man doch etwas unruhig.
