Really great location and a very welcoming host. Milk in the mini fridge was a very nice and thoughtful touch.
A little compact and bijou; double bed up against the wall. Sliding door on bathroom could do with a casing for privacy.

The accommodation was super clean and tidy with nice touches and snacks in the mini-kitchen, microwave and basic kitchen bits available along coffee machine and kettle, the cups and glasses were all very cute as well which is a nice touch. Bed was comfy and there's even Roku TV to use in the evening. All the modcons available - towels, shampoo and body wash, fan, enough wall sockets to charge your devices.
The bathroom door rattled a fair bit when shut so may need damping.
