A nice welcome and in a good location. Just a couple of minutes walk from the esplanade in one direction and a couple of minutes to the High street in the other.
The breakfast was simple, but generous.
We were at the back of the building and it was very, very quiet outside.
There was a nice little tray of coffee, tea, biscuits etc and for once, someone was generous with the accompanying milk pots, as usually there are NEVER enough!
The room was a little bit tired, the carpet had seen better days, but other than that there was very little to complain about.
A little fridge would have been very handy to have, but there wasn't really the space in our particular room.
The positioning of the TV was a little awkward, as it was difficult to see from the bed, but a minor issue really.
The window unit could do with a bit of attention, there was a rather large gap in the frame.

Brilliant location! Beach, fair, circus, supermarket and town all within walking distance. Cracking little museum just behind in the town. Host was helpful and friendly. Room very clean and nice little selection at breakfast. Overall great value for money and would happily book again!
Some milk to make hot drinks in the room would have been nice. No big deal though!

On arrival door was open . Gentleman outside told us to go on in
However , the manageress explained we were supposed to ring the doorbell .
The notice explaining this is located INSIDE the house . May be better outside ?
Quite tricky to manoeuvre the bathroom as the door gets in the way of the bed
Shower was nice , but I couldn’t make the showerhead stay still !
Did not like the little box outside bathroom ( at foot of bed )
On inspection , it was toilet waste pipe
Generally the room could be freshened up ie carpet
