The property was clean and comfortable with modern decor. Toiletries were available in the room.
To boil the kettle you had to move it to the floor to be able to plug it in as no socket near the facility area.
The main entry keypad broken which allowed anyone to enter the building. During the night someone must have slid the catch across which meant another guest couldn’t gain entry until she continuously banged on the front door at 1am to wake other guests so that someone could open the door for her. Despite these we would stay again.

Room was clean, easy to check in and out
Had to contact the owner as there was no kettle or mugs in the room, electric radiator was hanging off the wall, nowhere to hang clothes or coats, 2 out of 3 lights in the bathroom wasn’t working. Cut my leg on a screw head on side of bed. Toilet roll holder needs fixing. Very thin walls and door, you can hear everything from the corridor and other rooms

Location was good. Room was clean. Tea and coffee there and plenty to be fair. Also loked we could regulate heat to suit.
Window would not close fully. No spare toilet roll. For my husbabd stairs now an issue, no good for anyone struggling with bad knees or mobility issues. Finally no where to hang anything, only suitable if staying one night without need to change clothes.
