It was quiet, tea and coffee was ok. The bed was comfortable. Great location - good to be on the back, during building work out the front.
The interior decoration was excessive for our tastes, as we would have wanted something a little more minimalist. The. Check-in experience via intercom was not easy to navigate, and the owner was not particularly welcoming during this process.
