About this apartment rental

Come and enjoy the calm of this spacious and modern apartment of 42m2 with a large terrace of 18m2 in a beautiful and recent secure residence.
The apartment has air conditionning and can accommodate 2 people. It has a sea view and a view of the rock of Monaco. Access to the residence is preferably by car and private parking is available .
You can also relax in the swimming pool which is surrounded by lush greenery.

I won't be there in person but the We Care Conciergerie Team is at your disposal everyday from 10am to 8pm

The district is located on the heights of Beausoleil, in a calm and relaxing area, a little out of the way and it is better to have a car to get around. The apartment is 5 minutes from Monaco and the city center of Beausoleil by car and its location allows easy access to cities such as Nice, Menton or even Italy.
You can also walk to downtown Beausoleil or Monaco in about 15 minutes by taking the stairs or by bus.

You will have access to the whole accommodation and its terrace, but also to the car park (standard cars-not very big 4x4s and limos) and the swimming pool.

Note that the parking lot is very narrow and not suitable for large cars. The height of the parking door is 180cm and you absolutely have to back your vehicle into the square

This magnificent apartment of approximately 42m2 is composed of an entrance which leads to a large bright living room of more than 26m2
In the living room you will find a large and very comfortable sofa, television and WIFI, a fully equipped and functional open kitchen and a dining area with bar chairs.

The WC is separated from the shower room and close to the entrance
The bathroom is modern, you will find a large walk-in shower, a nice sink with built-in cabinet.
There are two large storage cupboards, one in the bedroom and another in the living room.
The bed is a 160cm and the chic decorated bedroom has direct access to the terrace.
The Terrace of approximately 18m2 is cut in two. One half is covered and furnished with an outdoor lounge and the other part is uncovered to enjoy the sun.
The swimming pool of the residence is nearby.

An assigned parking space awaits you in the basement. Be careful, however, this place is narrow and not suitable for large vehicles. The garage door is 1m80 high

- The apartment is located 27 minutes by car from Nice Airport.
- 5 minutes by taxi from Monaco train station
-The residence is accessible by car via the Moyenne Corniche with access to underground parking.
- By bus you can take Bus 12 or 13 near the apartment these buses serve the Railway Station and the Casino.
- On foot, via numerous stairs that reach the Moyenne Corniche from Beausoleil and Monaco station (approximately 850 m).
