1. Walking distance to Notre Dame, Louvre, other museums, and Les Halles shopping 2. Great security (double locked doors plus apartment door). 3. There was an elevator. 4. Although we didn’t use the kitchen, it had appropriate supplies and a small table 5. Couch bed was comfortable 6. Washing Machine (no dryer) 7. Floor Fan 8. Towel heater in small shower room

1. Although the shower itself was good, the shower room was too small. You couldn’t get dressed or undressed without your elbow or arm hitting the shower door or wall. It could also use a hook on door to hang clothes/ pajamas while changing 2. The queen size bed was a good size, but it filled the tiny bedroom (one side was against the wall). There was barely enough room to get into the room. There wasn’t a real dresser, just a small upper kitchen cupboard sitting on the floor 3. Toilet room very small

La ubicación sin duda lo mejor del alojamiento. Tiene una cama cómoda, el sofá cama está bien, cocina cómoda, buena luz. Muchas toallas.

El alojamiento es bonito pero no está bien conservado, le falta mantenimiento y detalles. En las fotos el baño parece más grande, es muy pequeño. La cafetera estaba rota no iba la leche, faltaba papel higiénico 2 rollos para 3 personas 4 dias. No había paño de cocina para secar los platos, solamente 1 bolsa de basura. En resumen, faltan detalles para el precio que pagas por noche.

o previsto era pegar as chaves em uma loja, mas felizmente o proprietário pediu para entregarem pessoalmente na porta do edificio. A pessoa que estava no estabelecimento comercial não fala inglês e é extremamente mal educado. Não recomendo que continuem usando o modo de entrega. Se não falasse frencês teria sido um grande problema

host was very, very unresponsive to the numerous problems we had. i had to contact booking.com to resolve one issue, and even they could not contact him for some time. the quality of the wifi was poor, but host insisted it was ok. it was not mentioned in the information about the property that it was necessary to walk 7 blocks to retrieve the keys---and then 7 blocks back . the amenities/facilities included toiletries: for 3 people there was one small pack of shower gel, shampoo, bar of soap...nothing 'luxury' about it, besides being insufficient for the number of guests and the length of stay/. luggage storage was also included in facilities, but there was none! the host offered a map of facilities to choose from , then pay for, and then walk to. he did not even suggest which would be the closest ...how could a visitor to the city know which to choose? in my opinion this does not count as luggage storage. the noise from the cafes below! i did not see this mentioned in any of the reviews i read, so i did not expect this. maybe because it was so hot the days we were in paris, we needed to open the windows, but the noise was exceptionally loud.
