Very clean, excellent location in the middle of Paris, wide range of dishes, cutlery and utensils available, large sofa bed, hand sanitizer, soap, and chocolate provided, and a detailed booklet to go over everything you may need.
The staircase leading from the living room/kitchen to the toilet/upstairs bedroom is quite tight, though that is being picky.

La posizione, centralissima! Vicino a metro, bus, negozi e locali! La casetta, tipica e romantica!
Dopo aver prenotato hanno chiesto una caparra di 500€ oppure il pagamento di un’associazione per circa 30€. sarebbe stato bello saperlo prima. Il prezzo aggiuntivo per il check out tardivo era eccessivo! Molto meglio lasciare i bagagli in un deposito poco lontano (20€ per tutto il giorno!)

Great location, very cute apartment.
The refrigerator stunk so bad the whole apartment would smell for several minutes if you dared to open it. Also, do not let the pictures fool you. This is a very small apartment. 2 adults should really be the max. No elevator and the steps are winding and narrow, same with the very cute winding staircases inside the apartment. I would say it is not suitable for older people or people with knee or hip issues.
