Very close to everything, sub trains, etc.

We loved the location of the apartment, the easy, street-level, private access, the spacious rooms and the comfortable beds. The fans were a very welcome addition too!

The toilet and plumbing was rather odd and the step down by the gated-off basement caught us out in the dark more than once.

Great location, cute apartment with everything we needed.

Step down/up in the hallway

Location is great. Close to metro, walking distance to attractions, restaurants, grocery stores.

This apartment is located on the ground floor. Most of the windows go out into a small courtyard. It is as clean as they can get it to be, but it has a very distinctive musty, wet, moldy smell to it. There is black mold in the corners of the bathroom and toilet. There is a step down-step up between the kitchen/bathroom/one of the rooms and creates a bit of a challenge if you forget about it. There is a railed off section with some linen? bags of sorts, which is odd. There is no dishwasher and there is no washing machine either. There is no AC, but because it's on the ground floor and shaded, it seems to stay more or less cooler. Other than that, if you only care for a location and not too picky, this is a great place to stay in Paris and be in the heart of everything.
