GuestReady - Parisian bliss near the Louvre Museum

Spacious, very clean and well- equipped apartment (everything you need, even a shopping trolley) in centre of Paris, near Les Halles. Great shower (hot and lots of water) and large towels. TV worked fine (after repair WIFI). Bedroom in the back of the appartement, nice and quiet. Bed comfortable but a but small for 2 people (150 x 190 cm). Lift in the building. Great when you have (much and heavy) luggage. Lively neighbourhood with many restaurants. Supermarket just downstairs. Several metro lines nearby.

System for collection the keys did not suit me. To collect the keys, you go to a shop, a 4-minute walk, from the apartment. It’s OK when you are 2 people and one can wait at the address and stay with the luggage. I was by myself, arriving by taxi so collecting keys at different location was extremely impractical. Host suggested a storage place for my luggage but again impractical. Notice: it can be cold in March. Could not get the heating in the living room to work – complicated radiator system and no instructions in the apartment. I arrived on Saturday and was uncomfortable until Monday, when a person came and got one radiator to work, the other was broken. It was comfortable after that.

Clean and comfy. Accessibilty to just about any major landmark by Metro. It is about 5 minute walk to the Louvre-Rivoli Metro/subway station. And once you get the RATP app locked and loaded on your phone or watch, rock and roll! Property management was pretty responsive as well!

Key pickup. Could be a bit more descriptive where the keybox on the picture really is at. We spent a good bit of time trying to figure out where the keybox is at, it turned out it was inside a laundromat and in the far back corner too. Checkout can get dicey as well if your have to bail earlier than when the keybox location opens. Property management worked with us for alternative key return options though. Really appreciated it.
