Шикарный вид с балкона, очень чистый свежий апарт, почти все есть в нем, стиралка хороший ремонт, кондеи, кухонные принадлежности, холодильник, нетфликс! Удобная парковка подземная, машина спрятана от солнца! Рядом супермаркет, пекарня и пляж минутах в 10 ходьбы. На балконе жили чайки, гнездо под потолком! Это просто какой-то энимал плэнет!
Отсутствие шампуней для душа и шторки, все время после душа мокрое все вокруг. Муравьи на балконе, перед входной дверью и штучно по квартире. Благо был Reid и он помогал за секунды с ними. Не работал лифт, с чемоданом тяжело подниматься. Стройка вокруг, подъезд к дому метров 150 по щебню, вокруг строят дома, один раз даже из за этого отрубали воду вообще на пару часов, было не комфортно.
