Calm, Peaceful and Relaxing Stay

Quiet and peaceful, functional facilities, cosy room.

A lil bit of walk to the bus stop and convenience store (for me at least). Lake view more than really a beach front.

The studio was well equipped. The hosts were amazing, extremely friendly and very very helpful. Amazing people. Restaurants by the beach, supermarket, and of course the beach is all within walking distance. I really recommend this studio :)

I really can recommend this Apartment. It was very clean. The Hosts are really nice. We got sick during our stay in Kotor and it was no problem to stay one night longer and they were caring. Beach is in walking distance and also a bus stop to go to Kotor old city center.

Far from city centre and view of the room is very disappointing

Room has things that you need but view of the room is very disappointing :/

It’s not a pleasant place to stay. Far from city centre, you must take a taxi and you must pay before you even have a rest in your room. We were around the country for 2 weeks and there is no other place ask for money straight away like this. This is not a good way of welcoming people. At least they should have given us 5 minutes to have rest :| but they asked for money first. While other places charge you after your stay.

Exceptional

We chose to stay here even if it was far away from center because of the good price. This is a room made from a garage i think, with all the things that you need in it. It has AC, and they pay attention for the details. The family that rents it is really nice and we are very glad that we chose to stay here! They also have space for parking .

Господар був дуже привітний та уважний. Апартаменти знаходяться у дуже зручному місці: 10 хвилин до пляжів, по дорозі до пляжів також знаходяться магазини.Ми приїздили раніше та попросили залишити речі, що господар нам дозволив. Зверніть увагу, що тераса, що зображена на фото не є вашим видом, а вона знаходиться над вашими апартаментами, але Власник дозволив користуватись терасою в будь-який час у вільному доступі. У номері було все, що потрібно для проживання: фен, праска, чайник, посуд, також були кава та цукор. Також Господар зробив дуже приємний презент у вигляді пляшки вина, за що щиро дякуємо)

Goed bed, goede voorzieningen. Schoon en verzorgd appartement.

Donkere kamer met heel klein zitje aan de weg. De fotos op de site zijn van dakterras van eigenaar. We mochten daar zitten maar voelden ons niet erg welkom, omdat eigenaar op eerste dag onvriendelijk was.
