Scary, annoying, and anxiety inducing.

Loud music till 4am A wet patch on the carpet outside the bathroom. I was asked for a deposit and that wasn’t mentioned before I paid for the room. I was asked for ID and that wasn’t mentioned before I paid for the room. I had to go through a dubious bar to get to my room. The heating was on all night, and couldn’t be turned off. It made the room far too warm. I didn’t feel safe there.

Quick check in, easy access to WiFi, quite liked the bar even though I didn't buy anything

Fight outside room, very aggressive drunk neighbours, mold or damp in the room, fire alarm went off at 7am, no towels, TV remote didn't work, had to barricade myself with the unit as drunk residents was banging into it. THE FIRE ALARM WENT OFF AND THERE WAS NO INFORMATION ON THE DOOR OR IN THE ROOM I'd stay again but probably only if I had to

The location is good and the room was warm.

The room was dirty, food spills on walls and radiator, plus a dirty mug that had been in the room from previous guesses!? The back door which was right outside our room was broken off, so the noise was constant all night long. The worst bit was the door. We were put in a room which was blocked off by a door, but people were coming in and out of it all night long looking for the toilets, and the BANG that the door made when being opened and closed was absolutely ridiculous, it was like fireworks being let off in our room every few minutes. The mattress was so bad, the springs were digging in our backs. All in all a really bad stay.

Horrible as not able accessible to hotel after calls, emails, messages and door knocking.

Staff did not answer calls. I tried almost 20 times on arrival, and the main door was closed, so I could not check it. I emailed before arrival regarding the estimated arrival time. Still i struggled due to this behaviour. It will be a disaster to trust this hotel for check-in.

Car park was full of rubbish No cleaner throughout our stay there was a boiled sweet still inside the wrapper on the floor and still there when we left back door leading into the hotel (fire door) was broken no signs from the car park to let you know where front desk is once found front desk it took over 20 minutes to book in walking through the hotel it smelled of mould, damp,rubbish, molding cardboard. When in the room it was cold the only heating we had was an electric humidifier holes in walls paint peeling of the walls tea bags dried up coffee milk sugar looks like it been there for a while and just thrown on tray 1 cup between 2 the bedding looked like it was put on days before we arrived,bed was broken and mattress was hard the balcony had broken chairs and tables as well as an broken flag pole loud music from the bar which was right below the room which cause the room to vibrating the music was on from 09.00 am till 01.00am bathroom door would not shut or lock , no toiletries, damp toilet roll, small bottle of shampoo ( not enough to wash at all ) damp in the bathroom / walk in shower , toilet was not attached to the floor or wall 1 towel between 2 people only saw staff twice in the whole stay and no staff to hand keys back

Lovely staff, room not so good, location perfect.

The location is brilliant near to shops, beach just across the road and transport near by. Staff were nice and would help when needed anything. Breakfast was lovely.

The room had half the blinds missing, we had to put coats up to keep light dim. we had sea view and because of the wind the windows rattled and made a horrible sawing noise so was awake early hours. There were no towels or cups in the room but once asked got these straight away. No remote to the Tv but managed to get channel 5 on somehow. It was an experience.

Room was inappropriate for an adult and a 14 year old boy based on the nature of the hotel and the condition of the room the heating was reported as broken the room was icy cold and the problem remained unsolved throughout the 2 day and night visit staff were aggressive and unhelpful and had zero consideration for the safety or problems I was experiencing

Great location but the hotel needs to improve.

The location was great and I paid to have a sea view which was the best part of my stay as it looked directly out at the front of the beach and illuminations.

The bed was quite low and not that comfy. The hotel smelt of strong cologne when you walked into the bar area and the staff were either absent or over friendly. They kept my £20 deposit despite me trying to contact them twice to ask when I’d get it back. If they erre going to keep the deposit they might as well just put the room price up as it was dishonest.

Absolutely nothing when checked in on arrival Staff was quite rude not really helpful.!

Everything from start to finish we didn’t end up staying we was only in there half hour and went to check in elsewhere and found another hotel. The room was far from basic absolutely freezing no tv remote diety floor. Quilt was a thin as paper I was shocked

The worst nights stay in a hotel I have ever experienced. Never again. Stay away

N/a. I didn’t have a breakfast due to the dirty state of the place

Where do I start. The person on the desk immediately demanded £20 deposit for the key to my room. Then I found my room was on the lower floor by a permanently insecure fire door. The carpet in my room was dirty with a hole in it. The room had dust covering the lamp. The bathroom had not been cleaned and there was no hot water. The room had no towels. I could go on and on. There was a private party booked that evening. This went on until 5am. I had people banging on my door shouting outside my room throughout the night. There was an internal door that was banging all night. This place should not be allowed to operate. In the morning I had to walk through a bar area covered in broken glass and all the left over dirty glasses from the private party. We could not find anyone to get our deposit back on the key. After 25 mins we eventually found someone, who was very reluctant to give us our deposits back even though we had the keys

Comfy bed but room not as described on the website.

The bedding was clean and the bed was very comfy.

The toilet door didn't lock,the lamp couldnt be plugged in near to the bed as there were no plugs. The drawers were broken and unclean,the kettle lead didn't reach the plug unless you put it onto the floor. There was only one mug between two people. The shower gel had already been used,the toilet seat didn't fit and slid about.The courtyard view wasn't brilliant.

Avoid.

This place is a dump. From the minute I arrived I couldn’t believe my eyes. Everyone in this place is full of drugs and drink. I was with my 3 year old son and he was actually upset during the night due to people banging doors. Arguing and fighting in the hallway. I tried to phone down the reception due to this as I was in a room with my son for nobody to answer because they have no staff working overnight. My son was scared with all the noise. We then had a fire alarm in the morning cause someone was smoking in the room. I decided to check out a day early. No refund given told the manager wasn’t in. Told to contact booking.com. I went upstairs to get my stuff and a woman was walking the halls smoking a joint infront of my child!!! There was mold patches on the ceiling. The whole place was stinking of smoke. No hot water in shower either.

First room[ A4 ] we was given it had used towels it stank and had a bathroom full of rust no shower curtain wall had ditches bed was springy was not even made properly we spoke to the man was a white guy and he changed the room after moving to room B4 which was much cleaner bed was comfy but we had to wait for toilet paper for over 3 hours the asian man with the glasses kept saying I will drop it to the room we went out came back no towels no toilet paper then my husband went down asked him again for the 5th time he was still saying il drop it off to the bedroom we was like no we had to repeat our selves that we need to use the toilet so then he gave us one toilet roll and one towel. Also the sink was leaking so everytime we washed our hands the sink leaked from below

The rooms were not as shown on booking.com they were dirty. Holes in the walls. The curtains were broken. My daughter's room, the fire alarm, was hanging out of the ceiling. It was extremely hot. No air con, broken fan. Missing items from any attempt of facilities. To enter the room, you have to walk through the bar with a strippers pole. It was awful and seedy. Left after the first night. Was told we would be refunded..however have been ignored for months and they are ignoring booking.com. There are WAY better and safer apartments and rooms to rent in blackpool.
