Lovely people, the room was spotless and comfortable. The breakfast each morning was tasty and the location was so quiet too so a good nights sleep on both nights.
Steve and Amanda were really helpful in terms of local transport options and I know if we were stuck on anything they’d be there to help. Can highly recommend their micropub, The Tipsy Seagull. It is a top place with a wide range of ales and lovely ambience. Just a hop, skip and a jump from the guest house too so ideally located!
Nice walk down to the centre and north pier too, or easily accessible in an uber which was under a £5 each time too.

The room was absolutely spotless and could even see the sea from the front family room. The breakfast was amazing everything you need to be set up for the day. Ive been twice now and I'll be definitely going again. Well done Steve and Amanda keep it going. See you soon. Jason and debbie

The guesthouse was perfect for our weekend. We went out locally on the Friday and then went through to Lytham Festival on the Saturday which only cost £10.00. Steve and Amanda were the perfect hosts, provided lots of information about the public transport available to the festival and were very welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was delicious with a good choice of continental and full English. They also had a great little pub ' The Tipsy Seagull' just round the corner serving lots of different craft ales.
