We had a wonderful 9 days in Marilen house Sophia the manager contacted us before our arrival to help in any way we bo
The property is perfectly placed just a ten minute walk to busy Parikia and with wonderful views over the busy port area. The back terrace facing the sea port area is in the shade most of the day, hence very comfortable outdoor dining every day.
For the first 200 mtrs or so the walk into town is on a busy road with no footpath on one side. But after that, the roads are smaller secondary quiet roads. Parking is tight on the property and we had a small car.

One minor thing being there wasn’t a holder for the shower head - other than that, it was great!

Great location, with comfortable seating areas and outdoor space.
Nothing major, the coffee supplied was not for the right machine and we had no hand soap

La casa è bella, grande e comoda. I terrazzi e lo spazio all'aperto sono super! La posizione non è male, vicina a servizi e al lungomare. Purtroppo però l'accessibilità pedonale è un pò limitata dall'assenza di marciapiedi lungo una strada extraurbana abbastanza trafficata
Il lungomare è vicino, sarebbe stato perfetto se tutta la strada fosse stata dotata di marciapiedi
