Paradise Apartments

Had a. Lovely welcome from Elizabeth and George. The apartment was comfortable . The view from the balcony was perfect. Only about 10 minutes to a lovely sandy beach with sunbeds and a couple of tavernas. The walk into town was about 30 minutes.

Fantastic Property & Location

Everything was outstanding. It was a perfect location within a few minutes walk to a very nice beach, Livadia. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing week together. We were able to enjoy the sea view balcony every day and enjoy breakfasts and dinners out there. Our hosts, Pipina and Lisabet were so welcoming and helped us with anything we needed.

Some chairs for the beach would be appreciated instead of paying 20 or 30 Euros per day for them. And the most obvious is a pool.

Views over the bay are great. Nice to avoid being in the noisy and busy town center.

We didn’t want a car so we walked to the port, the cafes and for markets. Not too bad, about 30 minutes walking along the beach sand and a little bit rocky in some areas.

Perfect! Beautiful position & wonderful island

Beautiful view, easy access to restaurants etc but lovely and quiet at night.

We would come back about 7.30 & often no hot water left for a shower. I couldn’t wait because of drying my hair but my husband could and it did warm up again later.

Beautiful views and peaceful place requiring a bit of walking to town.

Elizabeth and George are both such warm and wonderful people! They are the highlight of Paradise Apartments. I loved the panoramic views from my windows and balcony… the junior sweet upstairs feels very private and spacious. It was vey simple, yet clean and felt very safe. Peaceful place where you can truly relax and make your own food in the kitchen. You have many beach sections to choose from after just a short walk down the hill. There’s a great beach club to the right that played great music and was very lively. Overall, it’s a younger crowd in Paros and it’s becoming very busy and touristy.

The bedroom stays very warm and the A/C doesn’t work well in it. It’s cooler in the living room area. Unfortunately, the room key is what turns electricity on, so when you leave, the A/C doesn’t stay running and the space never really gets cool enough. Because you’re up on a hill, I was a bit winded every time I walked up it and I’m in good shape ;-) No elevator, so you have to use the stairs. You also have to walk quite a bit to get to Parikia and old town or even for a bite to eat since the apartments don’t offer breakfast. The coffee inside the room doesn’t taste good, it could be the kettle and/or quality of the water from the tap. You need a flashlight walking back to the apartment at night - it’s almost pitch black… no lighting on the path and I got lost the first day. They charge you 10 euros for each transfers to and from the port. Other places offer free shuttles.

Postcard views and an amazing location.

What an incredible place with such warm, welcoming and accomodating staff! The views were out of this world and it was so nice to walk down to the beach and then come back to sit on the lovely couch on the terrace. It looked like a postcard!

The only minor thing was that the bed was a little hard!

Basic, but very clean and comfortable room. Beautiful views from window and terrace and very short walk to the beach. Nice, quiet and relaxing. Pipina the owner was very nice and helpful with tours and transfers etc.

Kitchen / prep area was tiny ….city’s have been better planned ….no room to even make a sandwich which was a pity …either make it right or take it out ? AC unit was placed down by kitchen end of room which didn’t do anything when u needed it when sleeping !

Good value for the money with little flaws

The hosts were very friendly and helped us with things. The room was spacious and got cleaned every day. The bathrooms was nice and clean.

The fact that when you turn on the stove the electricity went off and the tv was very old, no smart functions and only 7 partly working greek tv channels.

Our experience was more than positive. We spent 12 days in the apartment and also rented a car from them. The service was excellent. The availability of the manager and the staff very satisfactory. The location is a little out of the city center but so is the noise and nightlife. Peace and quiet was what we were looking for and found it. Even though the kitchenette was small we were able to cook and eat outside on the veranda looking at the magnificent view of Parikia.

The views from balcony were fantastic . Size of room was good. Good kitchenette equipment and utensils provided.

Directions as a walker from the ferry would have helped , to shorten long road walk. There is a shorter walk along the beach! However walking in the dark up steep uneven track is tricky . To be fair I didn’t realise from reviews that the walk would be quite as inclined as it is . Free pick up from ferry would have been lovely as location of property is high on a hill. Coffee refill not done, we had to ask daily .

I loved the hospitality, the view and the location. It is close to the beach and the Centre of Parikia. Also, very close to beautiful beach clubs.

It is not ideal for people with mobility problems as it is up on the hill (obviously doesn't apply if you have a car) :)

We had a wonderful stay. The host and hostess were so friendly and helpful.

The view was amazing. We could see the water from our veranda. Our host and hostess were so accommodating. We rented a car from our hostess and the car was brought to our hotel. The rooms were clean and it was very quiet.

We wouldn't change where we stayed, but we did need transportation to the town and to ferries. It was not a problem at all, but this hotel is not on port side.

Fabulous quiet apartment in elevated position over the bay

Fabulous quiet apartment in enviable elevated position overlooking Parikia Bay just 20 mins walk from centre. Junior suite had super terrace with large seating area where you could watch the boats coming and going from the port. Comfy bed, practical kitchenette and good size bathroom. Owners on site to help you with anything inc trips & car hire. Nothing is too much trouble!

Wonderful views!

This property is about 20 minutes (walk) away from the port. Therefore, we were able to avoid the crowds and relax! This property has a nice balcony with awesome sea views!

We are 4 adults (2 couples) and booked 2 bedrooms family apartment. However, it appears to be 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 living room where 2 other twin beds were located. Only one bathroom was located inside the 1 bedroom and there is a no living room space. This apartment is ideal for family with kids!

The view from our balcony is everything you need to relax! The location is just amazing because is 10 min walking from a very nice beach and it is very quiet. The room was super clean and the bed super comfortable. You have all you need to have a comfortable stay. is a family business and the staff is super friendly they were always available. Our ferry was delayed until very late at night and they immediately rescheduled the shuttle from the port. They also have car rental in a very good price. We would definitely recommend and come back!!!

Easy to arrange shuttle with them, pick us up and dropped of at the port. Nice welcome package with some snacks. Beach in front is nice.

Far from shops and restaurants, so walked around a lot. Staff barged into the room at some point. Not all the rooms have a nice view so try to request what you want (probably in upper floors better).

Fantastic apartments

Amazing apartments with a fantastic view over the town, super helpful staff, they can arrange rentals of cars and scooter, the room was spacious and very clean and the little terrace was beautiful. They also provide a few things to eat for your first breakfast there in case you didn't have time to go buy groceries! Would 100% recommend!

To have quiet and peceful surroundings and the fantastic view it is inevitable that the apartments are a bit far away from the centre but it is still very manageable!
