Old school Greek hospitality meets elegant Cycladic aesthestic for an authentic island experience!

What truly touched me the most was being hosted by a family. It brought me back to the Greece of my childhood where 'filoxeneia' was held in the highest regard. Smiling, honest, hard working and bursting with enthusiasm, Dina and her family went above and beyond to welcome us and to lend us all their local expertise on where to eat and swim. The family dynamic is what made this place so sweet, dad pruning the bougainvillea and daughter offering me a greek coffee when I couldn't quite open my eyes. Greece was built on this level of hospitality, yet these days, it is not often found. Our room was sublime. We awoke each morning to have coffee on our veranda, facing the sparking aegean sea. Every room has this sea view, so you cannot go wrong! Each angle was thought of, all representing the classic Cycladic style. The elegant decor in the hotel was from the Greece of long ago, echoing myths of gods and mermaids. We enjoyed our last dinner on the rooftop, while watching the sunset. Nothing short of paradise found. The location was fantastic, just a short walk into the old town of Paroikia, close to the port. In Greek the word Nostos represents the cyclical journey of the soul from where he begins- back to himself. Nostos is a certain kind of homecoming, epic and by sea.

The walk to town is short but slightly sketchy, walking on a busy road. There's a sidewalk across the street, but no crosswalk. No big deal, but worth noting if you have small kids or folks with you who are slower to move.

Great location if you have a car

Very clean, bright room with a kitchenette. Big fridge a plus. Also great view from the little balcony.

Not a great location if you don't have a car. We didn't have a car because Booking said there was no parking at the hotel., and we hadn't planned on hitting other towns on Paros. It's Technically true that the hotel had no private parking, but there WAS street parking quite close. The long hike to the center of town got old after about the third day, especially when carrying groceries. Also, there were no Taxis available from the ferry port to the hotel so we schlepped bags the entire half mile or so, uphill. Why no taxis? Paros has only 39 taxis for the whole island, won't authorize more, and drivers won't take fares short distances -- it's not worth their time.

Lovely place to stay.

Located relatively near the centre and the port, where you could catch a bus to other parts of the island. Lovely little beach just below the property. Room was cleaned daily and had everything needed for a short stay.

Located on a very busy road, making part of the walk to town tricky. Although the room we had was lovely and had everything we needed, it did not look like the photos on Booking.com, and I don't think we were given the same room as advertised.

Comfy neat and tidy. Short walk main area. Great host but need transport to get around!

Good size room, firm but comfy bed, verandah handy drying clothes. Goo airco. Lovely host and owner eaget to please. Location 6 minute walk to town and beach. Need transport to enjoy fully.

Little dated in need of revamp especially shower rose with no wall mount. Needs towel hanger for used towel.

The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and located exactly where it said it would be. Check-in was smooth — the host was friendly and provided all the necessary information in advance. The kitchen had everything we needed for a short stay, and the bed was comfortable. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the neighborhood was quiet, with a beautiful view from the terrace and the sound of waves from the apartment. Greatings from Macedonia

The best experience of my life!

I've been dreaming about going to a Greek Island for 14 years and I cannot believe I found Nostos Studios to realize this dream. You do not understand how phenomenal this hotel is. There is a great terrace to watch the most incredible sunset in peace, drinking wine and enjoying good company. Our room had an unbelievable view to the ocean from where we could drink coffee overlooking the water. There is a mini kitchen, which was very helpful to us. The room was cleaned daily. Dina and her father are such incredible hosts, telling us the best spots to go and eat (shout out to Aliki Beach and Moragio restaurant). Truly one of the best experiences of my life! I can't wait to go back!!! :)

Incredible view, kind hosts, amazing rooms!

Incredible view, warm and cozy apartment with basic necessities, daily housekeeping, and a very warm staff! We couldn't believe how lucky we got with the sunset & water facing view, especially for the price. Just a quick walk from Parika town and the port, and easy access to a coffee shop, grocery store, and gyro shop.

Teleios

We stayed at Nostos with three families in separate apartments for three nights. Perfect spot with a short walk into town, beautiful views of the beach and sea from our balcony and a gorgeous front garden area with colourful flowers and roof top area with amazing views to sit and enjoy some down time - And watch sensational sunsets. Dina was so friendly and very helpful in providing advice. Both Dina and her Dad very welcoming for us and our children to their property. Highly recommend for a perfect stay in Paros.

We will definitely come back to Paros and to Nostos

Everything was so perfect and amazing, it would be hard to choose! But Dina was the best! She was helpful and kind, always cheerful. We had an amazing greek honeymoon there. Oh and! Everyday they changed our towels and cleaned our room, what we never experienced before, not even in 5 star hotels. Totally recommended!

There was nothing what we didnt like…maybe the mosquitos when it was no wind , but this is not the property’s fault

Honeymoon trip

Close to parikia town and easy to access (small easy hill). Room was clean and comfortable. Beautiful view of the sea. Nice rooftop to sit in the evening. Host was very kind.

Perfect, everything we wanted

It was situated just outside the town, so quieter but an easy walk to the shops and restaurants. The room was very comfy, with everything you needed. The roof terrace was the icing on the cake. Easy access to a local beach. Dina and her papa are wonderful, welcoming and caring people. They are very helpful, they made our stay even better. Hopefully we’ll be back next year.

Great location. The beach just below is so nice and pretty private. The room was spacious. The staff were lovely and room cleaned with fresh towels each day. And an awesome shared roof top to take a drink/dinner up to!

The house was lovely and in a walking distance from a lot of shopping and restaurants. The host was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and cozy. There was a roof terrace where you could relax and a small private beach.

Where to stay

A quiet place 5 minutes walking from the center town of Paroikia. The view to the sea from the balcony is very nice and a nice tiny quiet beach is just below the apartments reachable in 1 minute for a swim in the morning. The host has been so friendly and kind.

The perfect retreat for a solo traveler, outside of the busiest part of town but still walkable from everything!

Nostos was a beautiful property. The host, Dina, did a wonderful job decorating the property in the traditional style. Speaking of this, Dina is an amazing host! This is a local, family owned business and they do an amazing job helping you feel at home. Dina had so much advice on what to do around Paros. Make sure to talk with her and ask questions—she was so kind and knowledgeable. Everything I needed was available in the room. The room itself was very clean, and the perfect size. Having a private balcony with a sea view was the best part of the experience. I had plenty of privacy. The sheets were changed every day and clean towels were always provided. The studio was the perfect retreat after a long day of sightseeing. Dina always greets her guests with a smile, I felt very safe and at home.

Walking to the property along the main road/highway was not my favorite, but I would suggest using the beach trail and the stairs along the side of the building when walking to the property instead. Everything else was wonderful.

Fantastic hotel. Perfect location.

Dina and her dad were the perfect hosts. Very helpful and made our stay most enjoyable. The hotel is lovely and only 10 min walk to the port. Sun terrace is beautiful with a lovely welcoming breeze and perfect views.

Amazing place with a view near Paroikia!

The place had an amazing view, a great host who was super helpful, it was very close to the main settlement of the island (Paroikia) and the room was clean and tidy! I highly recommend it to anyone coming to Paros!

Exceptional

Dina is a fabulous host, with great recommendations on to-dos, and the studios are perfect for a relaxing break on one of the prettiest Greek islands. Loved the bougainvillea-laden white Cycladic building with its blue shutters, breakfast on the balcony (there’s a fridge in the kitchen to keep groceries cool), watching the boats coming and going at sunset from the rooftop, and sleeping with windows open listening to the sea below (mind you, aircon is excellent, too). Easy walk to Parikia centre, full of shops, restaurants, and easy connection to other towns, beaches, and islands. Bus stop to airport and supermarket just down the road. Will return!

The sea views were lovely and there was a little beach with clear blue/green sea you can swim in 2 minutes walk away. There is a bakery and supermarket within 5 minutes walk and the town is 5/10 minute walk The owner Dina is very welcoming and will give you all the help and information you need to enjoy your stay

We had the best time in Nostos Studios. Host Dina and her father were the kindest, even waited for us to check in late at night. We’ve experienced a very nice and open atmosphere. The rooms are very clean, view on the rooftop is amazing for watching sunsets. A few minutes walk down to a private beach, approximately 10min walk to Parikia center. Definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Blissful accommodation on a blissful island

I absolutely loved my stay at Nostos Studios. The room was stunning, beautiful decor and opened up right onto the water. I loved the little balcony with breathtaking sunset views. Dina and her parents were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Dina provided a wealth of information regarding things to do and where to eat in Paros. I had a wonderful time and I hope to come back again.

the location was good, easy walk to the town but far enough out to be quiet. the roof top terrace was great, balcony was spacious (room 4), kitchen facilities were practical. bathroom was compact, shower was good, all very clean. Dina was very chatty & incredibly helpful, she couldn’t do enough for us.

the mattress was very hard & not particularly to our liking, we had to ask for extra pillows, there was some road noise through the night.

Pleasant and clean

Ideal self catering accommodation managed by Dina - a delightful lady who made us very welcome and helpful with information and requests. Staff were also pleasant and always had a smile for guests 😊 Perfect base for exploring Paros & Antiparos. Especially recommend the boat trip from Antiparos to Dhespotiko - very interesting.

No complaints but care needed on nearby road which can get busy at times. Parika can get very congested with traffic and parking can be difficult.

Amazing beach access

Loved our stay here. The access to the beach, rooftop views, and the friendliness of Dina and her dad were all amazing highlights! Dina was really responsive and gave great advice on ferries to and from Paros, and had some great restaurant recommendations in town too. It's definitely possible to walk from the ferry port to the property, but not ideal with a big case or in the mid-afternoon sun. The kitchenette was simple, but it was definitely enough for 1-2 pan meals.
