About this house rental
Cosy, best quality construction 60sq.m., Cycladic style with sunset view from terrace. Light and airy with very large master bedroom (with king bed) with A/C and music system. Living room and hall where another there can sleep. Two toilets, 1 shower. New kitchen with all amenities. Roof terrace with spectacular view.
Access to a beautiful garden with great views (shared with Meli's Retreat
Very quiet area on hillside looking out above Parikia and sunset (garden & terrace).
The space
Peaceful, close to nature, top quality construction ideal also for winter holidays as the house has underfloor heating. Eric's retreat is ideal for a couple that wish to have a very comfortable, relaxing and cozy enviroment. It could accommodate up to 4 people (2 adults + 2 kids) with the necessary prior agreement. The fee refers for a rental of 2 people.
In case you need more space could be combined with Meli's retreat next to it. Accommodation of both house up to 7-9 people.

Car rental recommendations could be provided.
Other things to note
Relax and enjoy the home feeling, outdoor landscape and sea view from the terrace and garden.
The house is completely cleaned and laundry changed once a week.
If you wish frequent cleaning, you can book additional, for an extra charge of 30,00€ per cleaning.
Who would like to wash his laundry, can do this gladly after previous arrangement for a fee of 40,00€ inclusive detergent per stay from 4 to 7 days!"
