Wonderful accommodation with friendly hosts, great atmosphere and location

We had a very friendly welcome from our hosts, Meletis and Sofia, with excellent tips on where to go on Paros. The location is only five minutes by foot from both the port, central bus station and the town beaches, yet set in a quiet suburb with excellent local restaurants just minutes away. The room was very large, exceptionally clean, regular fresh towels and clean scented sheets, facilities were good, as was the wi-fi connection and we had hot water at all times. The kitchen facilities allow guests to make breakfast and simple meals without visiting restaurants every day, if they want. Very good value for the popular island of Paros. Meletis and Sofia were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay and whenever we are in the Cyclades, we will definitely come back here – in fact, we're already looking forward to returning!

Amazing stay in a beautiful apartment with wonderful hosts

The location was fantastic, it was close to restaurants and the beach. The apartment was spacious, clean and quiet. The wi fi was fantastic. The hosts were amazingly friendly and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Extremely happy with our stay.

Decent value for the money

The beds were comfortable. The location was within walking distance of the port and restaurants, but far enough away that nights were quiet. The owners were exceptionally friendly.

The shower stall was very small, allowing water to spray on the floor.

Phenomenal authentic Greek experience

This was a phenomenal experience and stay in Greece. By far my favourite place I stayed at. The hosts are the most welcoming lovely sweet people who are incredibly helpful. The room was large and spacious, with such a authentic Greek architecture. Couldn’t recommend it enough and would come back to Paros just to stay here again

Incredible stay at a beautiful hotel with warm, kind, hospitable hosts.

Extremely beautiful and clean. The people that run it are lovely — so warm and welcoming. They welcomed us in their lovely patio, gave us water, and sat down with us to go over their recommendations for our stay. When we couldn’t land a taxi for our next destination, they went out of their way to make sure we had transportation. The property is steps away from the port, restaurants, shops, everything one might need. Incredible value.

Super close to the beach and amazing staff!

The owner was absolutely amazing, the sweetest man who made sure we had everything we needed. I made an error with the booking but he still helped and accommodated us. The location of the property is amazing and the facilities were clean.

Nice and comfortable apartment, very likeable and helpful hosts

very nice and comfortable apartment, perfect for a family. The location near the beach and the city centre is a plus. Nearby you can find restaurants, supermarkets and many other shops. The kitchen is well equipped to cook simple meals, the bathroom works perfectly, there is plenty of hot water. The cleaning is done on a daily basis and the towels changed every second day, a real plus. The owners are nice and helpful people, I will definitely come back here when I visit Paros again

Meletis was a wonderful host, very friendly and helpful, he made sure we had everything we needed.

Great location in a lovely port town, close to the beach, waterfront restaurants, shops, supermarket, everything we needed within walking distance. We rented a car for a day and drove around the island, which is beautiful. The unit was spotless, and had the cutest little kitchen with all amenities. "Compact" but perfect for our needs. They have a courtyard area that is available to renters, also. Very nice. Doors to the building locked at night, we felt very safe. A great stay at a reasonable price!

The twin beds in the second bedroom were very firm, probably meant for kids. We had adults in the room and they would have liked a thicker/softer mattress. Usually I imagine this would be a family rental and the twins for children. It's fine for that...

Meletis and Sofia are polite and genuine people, they've welcomed me warmly and kindly. The Studios are few minutes away from Livadia beach. My room was very nice and clean.

Great location, great hosts!

The location is very good and the owners/hosts are so nice and friendly, gave many good recommendations to restaurants and such. Very spacious room with a little balcony and kitchen. Great value for the nice place.

Only thing I didn’t like is the A/C was not working so it was hot all night. Once the A/C gets fixed, this place will be amazing!

Everything was excellent. The owner Mr Meletis was very welcoming, very friendly and extremely accommodating. The room was cleaned daily. Very comfortable beds with crisp clean sheets. Excellent location so close to the port, supermarkets, chemists, shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay again.

scrumptious food Beautiful Island and oh so friendly people

Very friendly gentleman who owns and runs the place He has done quite well in making your stay the best ever, and it shows because the room could hold 4 people but I had it all to myself. it was like an apartment with 2 bedrooms one bathroom, 3 balconies and outside clothes line !!!!! The kitchen area is fully stocked with appliances and everything you need if you plan to cook your self. But restaurant food is so good in Paros why do that? this was the best place on my 20 day vacation in Greece and I went to 6 different islands and Athens. will book again and again and ask for that room.

Great location for restaurants and scooter hire. Very clean and safe. Owners nice. bedrooms nice sized.

Only one of the two bedrooms had air conditioning. we rented the two bedroom apartment since we were with our family and we’re surprised that there was no common space except for a small kitchen. I expected a small sitting area. We were out a lot so not a problem but it is something to consider on a family holiday.

Excellent and exceeds expectations

The hosts were incredibly hospitable! They met me to provide the keys and then gave me tips of places to visit and restaurants to try. They also helped me book taxis (at a significantly better rate) for all my journeys. Lastly, the host also shared the moussaka that she cooked with me! They go above and beyond to make you feel at home! Highly recommend
