Nice apartment in a very convenient location

Very convenient location. Beds were super comfortable and the host was very helpful (even when we locked ourselves out!)

Having only one key that's used for the door and the electricity was not ideal. Really difficult if one person wants to stay in while others are out.

Overall we loved the location and the apartment was beautiful, however some of the facilities were disappointing

Such a gorgeous apartment, looks just like the photos and the location was amazing! It was so nice to be situated right in the main shopping area. The TV worked well and it felt very authentic.

Unfortunately the facilities (shower and kitchen specifically) weren't great. The shower pressure was bad as I think the shower head was broken, and the stove in the kitchen was difficult to use as the fuse kept blowing when we tried to boil pasta water. The host was extremely helpful though, and we did manage to cook twice in the end. I wouldn't rely on cooking your own food too much though.

Beautiful apartment in the middle of the old town

The apartment was amazing. Large, light, clean and loads of character. It has high ceilings, wooden floors and 2 small balconies looking over a lovely little pedestrian street. Very quiet location, but right in the middle of the old town. The host Ioanna is lovely, very friendly and runs a clothing shop downstairs - so very easy to pick up and drop off keys.

Lovely place in centre of town

Ionna was very helpful and is always there should you need. The place was quirky but very good. In the heart of town and close short walk to harbour front. I would stay here again for sure.

Fantastic Apartment in a perfect location. We will return!

The apartment is in a beautiful location along the pedestrianised small streets of Parikia. You can sit on the balcony and watch people stroll by shopping in the lovely shops below. Parikia is a wonderful mixture of a busy island port, quiet shopping streets, amazing choice of fabulous restaurants fabulous beaches and the most gorgeous sunsets. The apartment was clean, and Ionna was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Historic gem

Nothing I didn't like. Because it's a historic building some rooms are a bit dark but that didn't bother us. The beds are fairly comfortable but not amazingly so.

This is a wonderful place to stay - firstly it's got a great location, about 3 minutes walk from the ferry 'terminal' in the harbour. The owner works in the shop downstairs and was so helpful and friendly - definitely really enhanced our stay and made us feel so welcome. It's a big apartment with loads of space in each room. Also 2 balconies which was lovely for people watching. It has a different feel to most places as you can see from the photos - a historic building with old school wooden furnishings. Has character.

You cannot beat this place

The start of my and my 2 friends trip in Paros was a bit rocky. The place we booked wasn’t what we expected and had to get out. Then I found this beautiful apartment. It is very spacious, 2 full bedrooms, perfect for a large group or for the 3 of us we each had our own space. The apartment itself has been lovingly renovated keeping as much of the original home as possible. With this ornate mirror hanging in the living room (wow). The beds including the pull out sofa bed were very comfortable. And the biggest perk of all, it did not reek of air freshener or stinky cleaning products. It was the first time in a long time that my friend who has chemical sensitivity could enjoy the space without having to navigate around intense smells. Refreshing! The location couldn’t be better. A easy 5 min walk from the port with lots of shops and restaurants steps from the place. There is also a place to leave your luggage when you check out so you can still explore this amazing island. It turned our trip from meh to I HAVE TO COME BACK HERE!!! When we return, whether together or alone, we will 100% book this place again!

Exceptional

Perfect apartment for family. We stay 3 adults and 2 kids. Very good location, everything is close, shops, bakery. The wie from balcony is perfect. Ioanna is very nice and helpfull. We enjoy every day spend in Paros ☺️

Perfect place in Parikia

Vast, with cachet and confortable, the flat is right in the center of Pariakia, within walking distance of everything. It’s a charming place and the host is pretty friendly !

The householders were really friendly and were asking often if we needed something which was really nice.

Overpriced

The location of the place was central of Parikia which was nice..you could walk everywhere ..it was eighr inside the chora..the place itslef had an ambience of another century -renovated..

1.We saw a couple of cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom area..the owner came and tried to clog the area in the kitchen where the bugs seemed to be hiding..we thought at first he was a bit rude about it..but then he offered to spray the area for the bugs not to show up again..nevertheless we were somewhat scared of the bugs in the house. 2. The fruits that were supposed to be left for us in the kitchen seemed rotten and that had been there for a very long time..the refrigerator was supposedly to have a couple of bottles of water where in fact jad just one . 3. The place was not cleaned up daily or the sheets in beds changed.. 4. Bath towels were not changed daily..we only got a clean set for eah one of us the first day of our arrival and we had to ask for clean bath towels on the 3rd day of our stay..
