About this house rental

The Portes View House is a newly renovated and fully furnished traditional house with 2 bedrooms , kitchen / living room and WC. It is fully equipped and renovated in 2015. Can accommodate 2-5 people with a sofa - bed in the living room. Located in the castle area of parikia , two minutes from the harbor and in the center of the old town . Everything is near, you are in the old town and near the sea front at the same time

The Paros home is a delighful location within walking distance of beaches, restaurants, and beautiful views! It is quite comfortable with good AC and calming atmosphere. Highly recommended this lovely, traditional apartment.

Clean, extremely quiet. This apartment was a wonderful base for our 5 day stay on Paros. It's very close to the port for the ferries, to the Main Street for the restaurants, and to the shopping. We had a lovely stay here. As a bonus, just underneath the apartment is an AMAZING gelato shop called Scoopers as well as a couple of cliffside restaurants and cocktail bars that were perfect for watching the amazing sunsets! Only downside to the property was a slight musty smell.

This fully equipped apartment was just perfect. With a peekaboo view of the bay and steps from restaurants and cafes, this had it all. We really appreciated the great communication with the proprietor who shared information about the island and directed us to a wonderful car rental company. We would definitely come back.

Lovely village house

Lovely village house

We were hoping for an authentic holiday experience and Portes View was lovely. A traditional village home that has been updated to suit modern tastes. The owners had provided lots of little things to enhance our stay, from bottles of water in the fridge to coffee pods, and even individual packs of toothbrushes and toothpaste. The location was ideal, just a few minutes from the seafront in one direction, and from the traditional bakers in the other. There were only two of us staying in the house so we had plenty of space, but it would be quite snug if there were five of you there. We would definitely recommend this as a place to stay when you visit the lovely island of Paros.

We could not have picked a better appartement! The two-room apartment is tastefully decorated, comfortable, and well-equipped for anyone wishing to cook. Philippo met us in the port and spent time to mark on a map the places we could visit and stayed open to any questions during our stay. It was a wonderful stay!

I could not reccommend this place enough. If I ever come back to Paros, I will most definitely be staying here. The Portes View Homes were beautiful and right in the center of all the action. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Phillip met us at the port and walked us to the house (another bonus is that it is so close to the port). He helped us with luggage and was very friendly and welcoming. He showed us a map and told us all the best places to go. He made himself readily available for whenever we needed him. His family's restaurant is right downstairs and it was so good, we ate there twice in our 2 day stay. It was probably the best place we ate in all of Greece.

Great location

Loved this two bedroom apartment especially its location. You walk outside through all of the lanes and there are so many shops, bakeries, restaurants all within a 10 minute radius. The kitchen is small as is the bathroom but large enough to prepare small meals, we bought fresh bread from the local bakery everyday and most other meals we ate out. Paros is a beautiful island I highly recommend renting a car for the day and driving around it is not difficult. I would recommend the Portes Apartment, the owner and his son very very friendly and helpful as were everyone we encountered in Greece. You can get money out of ATM machines but most places do not take credit cards, not even in Athens.

Nous avons séjourné 2 jours à Paros, plus précisément chez Filippos à Parikia. Accueil extrêmement sympathique, appartement conforme à l'annonce, très confortable. Et cette vue 😍 Nous avons parcouru l'île en buggy, vraiment vraiment chouette ! Nous recommandons vivement cette location très bien située et cette île, magnifique ! Merci à Filippos pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et toutes ses explications et conseils.

Wonderful place

In the heart of Parikios, the apartment overlooks the sreet that borders the sea, and many cafés and restaurants, in a little typical village house. It is very well refected, pleasant and clean. It was perfect for us two friends who needed to change from Paris. The son, Fillipos came at arrival to help us carry the luggage, he was allways nicely available for any information we asked him, and he was very cool ! Paros is so beautiful, in April we have had a great stay. Laurence et Anne-Marie
