Everything perfect!

Very clean room, comfortable and with a very nice view. In a good location near the port, restaurants and shops. The hosts were very kind and hospitable! Upon our departure, they even gave us souvenirs from Paros! I highly recommend it!

Our stay at Kontaratos Studios was truly unforgettable. From the very first moment, we were welcomed with such warmth and kindness. The owners personally met us when we arrived, helped us with the transfer, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. They even surprised us with small gifts and local treats, which made us feel so special and cared for. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we could wish for. The location is perfect — close to the beach, restaurants, and the charming town center. What truly made our stay exceptional was the genuine hospitality and kindness of the owners. They treated us not just as guests, but as friends. We left with full hearts and beautiful memories. Thank you for everything — we can’t wait to come back! 💙

I liked everything

The hosts will make you feel very welcome, they were very helpful and friendly with us, giving us some great tips on how to get around the island! They made us feel at home and ensured that our stay would be comfortable. Very convenient location close to the beach, with many excellent restaurants, and within walking distance of the city center. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and very quiet, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. We will stay here again!

Real Greek hospitality.

Beautiful and lovingly cared for property. Immaculately clean and well stocked. George and his wife were a godsend. Helpful above and beyond. Got in late and she made us food since we were exhausted. They also upgraded us at no charge since we were the last guests of the season. George helped us get to the ferry after he couldn't find a taxi service available. These and other beautiful people of Paros made our trip unforgettable.

The room was spotlessly clean, quiet, beautifully decorated, everything you need.The room was exactly as in the photos. The manager (George) was very helpful and accommodating. The owner, George, takes a lot of pride in his property and he goes out of his way to make sure you enjoy your stay. He is very kind and caring. He called us a taxi to the port for our excursion, gave us a magnet to remember the island of Paros and his wife even made us homemade cheesecake. The distance from the ferries is a 20 minute walk, don’t try and catch a taxi. The apartment is in a residential area but close to the beach, market and restaurants.

Not much to dislike. It would have been nice to have an additional blanket as the ac runs well.

Relaxing

Property was very clean with the nice balcony. Everything you need for vacations on Paros. It is close to nice beaches also not too far from the center. Our host was super nice and friendly. He lets us to do early check in l, as we arrived much earlier than a check in time. He would always ask if we need anything and was always ready to help. Property has a place for scooter parking. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful, relaxing and comfortable stay

The owner was waiting for us when we arrived at the accommodation. He was an incredibly friendly man. He showed us the room and the other facilities of the building, etc. He told us in detail about everything there was to do in the area, the best spots, and so on. When we left, he gave us two magnets for the refrigerator in Paros, for being such kind guests. He's a real sweetheart! The room was cleaned every two days, with fresh linens, towels, and so on. The bed were very comfy. We had a truly wonderful stay.

Really nothing to complain about. One minor point for improvement perhaps; it would be helpful if the host had WhatsApp or something. If anything happened, we had to call him; we couldn't send a message or anything. Not that we needed anything during our stay. We only called just before arriving and just before leaving to return the keys. He answered immediately and was immediately available. Super host!

The perfect stay with lovely hosts!

Couldn’t recommend it enough, George and Mariana were extremely friendly, flexible and accomodating. They upgraded our room because it was available at the time we were staying and were so kind about our check in time. They welcomed us warmly and made it feel like we could call on them anytime if we needed anything. This is a great stay and easy walk from the port!

Best stay in Paros - kind hosts!

We had an amazing time in Paros! The owners of the property were incredibly kind and made sure we felt welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay. We spent a week there, and on our second night, they even upgraded us to a very comfortable flat — such a lovely surprise! Thank you again for the wonderful hospitality. I definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Paros.

Wonderful place wonderful host.

The rooms were in a good location. Just off the main road and therefore very quiet. Still only 10 minutes walk to the beach and all the tavernas. There was also a large supermarket only 15 minutes walk away. The port is also only about 15 minutes walk away..The owner George is the loveliest of guys and as he and his wife live there he is always around to help. I was upgraded to an upstairs room which was way above expectations. The shower was the best I've ever seen in Greece! There is a kettle and crockery and fridge freezer but no cooking facilities as such. It was very clean.

The place is nice just new mattresses and a microwave will make it so much better.

George was really nice and accommodating. He made sure we were ok and gave advice on the night life.

The beds were not comfortable and a microwave would have been convenient. I felt the springs in the mattress and really bad back pain, I bought food and had extra left over and wanted to warm up the food I left in the refrigerator but I couldn’t because of no microwave. Luckily George had one and I was able to ask him to warm up the food for me and he did

We loved our very welcoming and warm stay. George was the best. He always there to help us with anything we needed. The room was very clean and we had everything we needed (cutlery, extra pillows, etc). The area is very safe and quiet. Overall it was one of our best experiences ❤️

Amazing hosts and great room!

Giorgos and his wife did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Giorgos waited for us around midnight to hand over our keys and he gave us a free room upgrade. This room was more spaceous and the window had a view on the garden. This is a great place for couples and families. It had everything we needed, and the location was also great! I love how the house is full of flowers and plants on the outside. Giorgos also gave a couple of presents upon our leave. Thank you very much for being so kind!

5 mins to the beach, a villa that feels like home, a warm welcome from Giorgos, the most funny and accomodating host!

Perfect accomodation in a great location with the most funny and attentive host - Giorgios! My partner and I stayed here for 5 days and it felt like home. The villa is spotless and so well maintained. The rooms and very clean and have everything you need, including aircon! The location itself is perfect - 5 mins walk to a beach, a scooter rental and restaurants. It’s on the quiet side of town too, which means you can actually sleep without hearing the late night parties! 15 mins walk from the ferry. Giorgios was so accomodating. He works hard to make sure we have a great time, is very generous and made us laugh many many times! Big thank you for taking us into your home Giorgios! We will be back!

The warmest staying ever

Incredible Welcoming. We got upgrated, also Giorgos gave us lot of tips and address to spend good time in Paros and we got a very warmest goodbye. Never seen owners so kind. The location of the appartment was perfect to visit Parikiá old town/port, go to restaurant/ Beach and rent scooters to visit the villages of Paros. In short, go for it with your eyes closed and you won't regret it!

Lovely spot in Paros

We got this accomodation last minute and we absolutely loved it! 5min walk to the beach, ports super close for day trips and Old Town just a 10-15minute walk away. Room was spotless, had great air conditioning and comfy beds! George made us feel right at home with local recommendations and went above and beyond to ensure we had a good stay. Thank you for having us in Paros, we will be back.

Great experience at this accommodation. Was only a short stay, however, the owner is incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious with great WiFi. Short walk to some lovely beaches and restaurants. They stored our baggage both prior to check in and after and even gave us a small gift on departure. Would definitely stay again.

We had a fabulous 4 days with George! The apartments were lovely and clean, and the air-conditioning a welcome addition in the July heat. The location is absolutely ideal - perfectly placed between Parikia and Livadia but set a little back from the main road, making it peaceful and quiet. Hope to be back soon. - Louise
