Lovely place and island.

The location, the comfort of the apartment. Nicolas was super to work with. Answered all my questions beforehand. When we arrived he arranged transport for us even though it was walkable from the Port. Nicolas then sat down with me and a map of Paros that he had filled in with all the sights to see as well as many restaurants and bars recommendations. I would definitely recommend his apartment to anyone going to Paros.

Perfect Paros stay

The property is perfectly located - right near the beach and port and a minute from a supermarket and amazing bakery. Nikolas is the kindest and most enthusiastic host - very easy to contact and communicate with and super generous with his insights into Paros. We really appreciated him transferring us to and from the port! The apartment was a perfect size for our family of 5 (great to have a second bathroom) and the property is very accurately represented in the pictures. And we loved the daily housekeeping service! Overall, a fantastic stay, highly recommend.

Previous reviews mentioned a lack of air conditioning in the second bedroom but there is a fan and it was perfectly comfortable for my kids.

Fabulous week long stay in fabulous apartment!

The large apartment was in an excellent location 300m from the waterfront cafes, restaurants and shopping district. It was in a local neighbourhood and not tourist accommodation so was very private and quiet. The owner, Nikolas, was very attentive provided excellent information and advice and responded to communications promptly. The washing machine, aircons and large rooms were great.

Decor is dated but quaint and is reflected in the price. A modern property in this location with all the facilities would be a lot more expensive. Would appreciate aircon in second bedroom.

We had a very comfortable stay and the host was outstanding!

Great location. Five minute walk to restaurants and shops as well as a small beach area. We are a family of 5 and found it to be comfortable and spacious. The clothes washer was extremely convenient and the two clothes lines outside provided plenty of space for drying. Nikolas was an exceptionally hospitable host. He went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and share his knowledge regarding local restaurants and places to visit. When our ferry arrived before check-in, Nikolas happily met us at the port, picked up our luggage and held onto it until check-in while we explored the city, and then picked us up and took us to the apartment.

Although the apartment was quite comfortable, it's worth mentioning that one of the bedrooms lacked air conditioning.

Had a great time in Paros

Excellent location to walk to all shops, restaurants and bus station. Apt was very clean. Nikolas was extremely helpful with picking us up at port, giving us island info and restaurant suggestions and then taking us to airport when we left. Had bottled water in the fridge and a bottle of wine for us too.

The shower head not being able to mount higher was only complaint.

A most enjoyable stay in Paros

Host met us at the port and took us to the apartment. Nikolas is a most enthusiastic and informative host who gave a lot of information on places to visit and where to eat around the island. The apartment has a good supermarket 5 mins away and beaches and restaurants 10 - 20 minutes away (walking). Paros itself is great. The town has lots of narrow streets and alleys with bplenty of shops and eateries. Buses enabled us to get around without hiring a car. Antiparos is a 30 minute ferry away and worth a visit.

Exceptional

Nickolas is the best host that we could have had! We arrived without any plans, and without saying it, Nickolas took a map of the island and pointed all the places and best restaurants to go - he gave us so many details that we enjoyed every piece of the region. Efcharistó!

Superb

The host insisted on meeting us at the ferry port which in the end, was much appreciated because the tiny streets of Paros are challenging to navigate on your own - on a good day. There is a lot of free public parking within a small walk to the apartment - at night it can be challenging but we always found a spot. Worth it for the location, a quick and charming walk into town for great shopping and food. The apartment is in a quiet alley with the sweetest (although shy) kittens. Not only was the apartment spotless on arrival but they cleaned every day. Exceptional, exceptional service.

Perfect, exceptional stay in a beautiful location

Amazing accommodation so central and within walking distance of everything including shops, port, Parikia old town and bus station. The accommodation was fully equipped with every utensil we needed and there was a cleaning service daily. The best part of this experience was the host Nikolas. He went above and beyond to accommodate our every need, dropping us to and from the port and gave us detailed recommendations of everything we could have asked for on the island. Would 100% recommend to stay here and will definitely be coming back.

The apartment is excellent and the host was phenomenal

The host was phenomenal. He picked us up from the port and took us to the apartment. He then spent a lot of time explaining the city to us, places we should go check out (beaches, restaurants, bars, etc.), transportation and much more. He was friendly, welcoming and anytime we had questions, he always responded in a timely manner.

The perfect stay with the perfect host!

Our stay was perfect through and through! The location of the apartment in Parikia was central and from there we could easily visit the old town by foot and parking close by was also of no issue. The apartment itself was very spacious - 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen, and even a separate living room. The daily cleaning service was much appreciated and made our stay very comfortable. What struck us the most is the extremely helpful and kind nature of our host - Nikolas! He picked us up from the port, brought us to the car rental, and took us back to the port for our departure, and took his time to explain the various attractions and places to see in Paros. He was also available for any queries the following days and really always went the extra mile, going above and beyond for the comfort of his guests! All while always having a smile on his face and being just an amazing person overall. Thank you so much!

Exceptional

We were 5 friends and we spend 2 nights in the apartment. The location is nice, 5min from the city center. Nicolas was very friendly, he help us a lot to rent some buggys, take our luggage on the last day to make sure we can enjoy the city without them. Take his time to show us what we can do in the island. He made everything he could to make our trip as cool as possible. I really recommend this apartment!

Siamo stati super bene! Bellissimo soggiorno a Paros!

Ottima struttura, appartamento pulito, spazioso, dotato di ogni confort, perfetto per un gruppo di 6 persone, con il doppio bagno e la lavatrice che ovviamente fanno la differenza. Anche la pulizia giornaliera e’ stata molto apprezzata. Posizione perfetta, non distante da ristoranti, negozi e spiaggia. Un grazie speciale a Nikolas per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità sia nel venirci a prendere e riportarci al ferry con i bagagli che nel fornirci tutte le informazioni per girare l’isola. Ottimo rapporto qualita’ prezzo.
