The home was located near to the port and easy walking distance to the shop’s & restaurant. The ac worked well and they gave us new towels after 3 days.

The photos shown depicted multiple different units, which was misleading and not what I expected especially since my sister-in-law stayed here last year and had a much better experience. During our stay, we encountered cockroaches entering the apartment from under the door and appearing on the porches. Although we notified the owner and they attempted to address the issue, the cockroaches returned nightly. In addition, the upper tenants were very noisy late at night and early in the mornings, often waking us, as their porch is located directly above the main bedroom. We also had issues with the fridge/freezer when we first arrived but it seemed to rectify itself.

Amazing stay in Paros!

We had a lovely stay here at the heart of Paros apartments. My friends and I stayed for 5 nights, and everything was clean and comfortable.Activities were easily accessible-the port and busses were a 5 minute walk and there was a lot of stores and restaurants within walking distance from the apartment. The heart of Paros website set out helpful recommendations that we used to help build our itinerary and guide us around the Island. Kostas(our host) was available and responsive to all of our questions. We hope to be back!

I probably would have considered returning here but once I saw the mold on mattress- no way

Great location

Party late in to night right outside our window and we had plans in am that we missed as we weren’t able to sleep Upon leaving I was going to check under bed to make sure nothing left behind and saw that mattress look like it had mold!! Would not stay here again Other apartments might be nice but we were in the studio apt that wasn’t connected to main building . The bathroom was also sooo small

Good for a short stay.

Good location, storage for luggage, friendly cats in the area. Nice patio outside and a washing rack to hang wet towels. Powerful aircon.

We stayed there for 4 nights, and the studio wasn’t cleaned once. No extra towels. Of you stay for maybe two nights that is okay, but for longer it is a problem. Check in communication was good, but questions we had afterwards weren’t answered. No extra bags for the bins were provided.

The apartment was fully stocked, kitchen and bathroom. Two ladies travelling together. I had the primary bedroom, my friend took one of the beds in the main area.mwe had a beautiful big balcony, and a smaller one, which I didnt even use, off my bedroom. Everything was clean and beautiful, .a Although I didnt meet the owner, we did communicate very well. The distance from the apartment to town was perfect. Away from the chatter, but close to the bakery. Lol. And the shops and restaurants.

The stairs. I am 74 with bad knees, and found them difficult to manage. You ger people with good knees would have no trouble at all.

Wonderful stay in Paros

Heart of Paros apartments are modern, bright, clean and comfortable. The location is one street behind the central shopping area, 5 minutes walking distance from the ferry port. The apartment was well equipped for cooking and laundry. Laundry detergent was provided in our apartment when we arrived. The hosts were responsive to our requests, and sent a message during our 3 day stay to ensure we had everything we needed. We were very happy with Heart of Paros Apartments.

Convenient stay.

Good location close to the port and shops in Parikia. There is a car park in front which is convient. A lot of information, and clear instructions on how to access the studio were provided by the owner before arrival which was very nice and helpful. Never met anyone in real life though, all communication was through messages.

You are not allowed to flush the toilet paper (which is like this on most Greek islands, so that was no issue), but would have appreciated that the bin was emptied at least once during a three night stay. Also, there was nowhere to hang clothes outside in the studio we were staying at. Check out is at 10 (that was clearly communicated), but checkout at 11 would have been a bit nicer.

It took a long time for the property to come up to a comfortable temperature, and the kitchen could have been a bit more well stocked.

The location of the apartment, the fridge and the kitchen.

The bathroom was terrible, it was very old and a lot of things in the bathroom did not work and also the water wasn’t running normally. The extra bedding is not actually beds and there were very hard so as you could not sleep if you are 4 people. The balconies were big enough but you could not relax because the back one was facing the sun all day long and the front one was very noisy because it was facing the parking of Paroikia. They asked us to check in in the regular and not sooner because the cleaning lady needed a lot of time to clean. when we asked to do an early check in, they let us and we entered the room, and we found tippers on the floor. Some blankets had make up on and we saw the difference because after our check out we went to stay to some perfect studios.

Magnifique appartement au calme et près du centre.

L appartement est très bien situé. Il dispose d une très grande terrasse à l avant. L emplacement est zn face d un parking et calme. Une machine à laver est disponible et tou s les ustensiles de cuisines. Le plus est la livraison de nouveaux essuis de bain ! Très apprécié !!

Bel appartement bien situé.

Très bien situé (à quelques minutes à pieds de tout). Grand, deux balcons, laveuse à linge, lave-vaisselle, arrivée autonome. Beaucoup d’informations fournies par le locateur. C’est un bel appartement à louer dans Parikia. Seul problème (mineur): il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude lors de notre arrivée. Mais 20 à 25 minutes après avoir trouvé et activé le breaker dans le panneau électrique, le problème a été résolu.
