Heart of Paros Apartments

It was very clean and the communication with the property owner was very well and responsive..

Everything was very good for it’s price..

Location is prime, within walking distance to the ferry port, grocery stores, rentals, and central Parikia. Apartment was spacious and clean. Host was responsive. Having an in-unit washer was extremely convenient.

The apartment had fewer than the basic amenities. There were not enough glasses for everyone, only one pillow per person, and just a thin sheet on the bed without a flat sheet (though this might be standard in Greece). We requested an extra pillow and glasses, and the hosts brought them the same day. The shower design caused the entire bathroom floor to get wet. Additionally, while the location is prime, the approach felt less ideal. To reach the apartment, you must walk down an alley next to a parking lot full of dusty cars, past several trash cans. We stayed in the very last unit, and the small patio lacked maintenance, including very rusty clothes drying rack. Choose this place if you want a perfect location and do not care about fancy decor or matching tableware.

Lovely host and cleanliness.

The apartment’s location is excellent — right in the heart of Paroikia — and having a public parking area next to it was very convenient, as we always found a spot. These are the only real advantages of the property.

Everything else about the stay was neutral, with nothing particularly positive to mention. Unfortunately, the price we paid did not reflect the quality we received. This experience was a reminder not to rely solely on photos when booking accommodation, as the reality did not match the presentation.
