Best location for daily trip around the island.

Good value with a great host

The host was great. It was raining the day we left and he was waiting with a car outside to take guests to the port so we wouldn't get wet. He also gave us a lot of good recommendations for restaurants, cafes and things to do. The room was spacious and the kitchenette was clean. The view from the room was also nice. The beach is close by.

Although the room was otherwise clean, there was a dead moth and two dead beatles lying around. The ventilation window didn't have a net so these kinds of insects would be flying in. The bed was otherwise really comfy, but if you are tall it might be a bit too short for you. The shower didn't have a good barrier for the water and therefore the bathroom floor was always wet after a shower.

Fantastic!

Host was very friendly and kindly offered to pick us up from the port in the rain. The rooms have everything you need and are very modern and clean.

Wonderful

Extremely clean, good WiFi, big room, useful kitchenette, nice building, early checkin, free luggage storage. Great location one minute walk from beach and restaurants and 12minute walk to town/ferry port/ bus station (buses to airport €2). The best thing is the owner Spyros who has excellent English and is so friendly and helpful - making sure I had the private balcony room I wanted. The cleaner was also very nice. Great option in Paros.

Great location and super friendly and accommodating host, the room is very spacious and clean.

The room was in a great location, was super clean and comfortable and quite aesthetic! We felt very safe as two young female travers and the room has everything you could need for a great price. The host is very accommodating and friendly, gave us lots of local advice which was super helpful :)

Perfect place to relax while exploring Paros

Great Mother & Daughter getaway!

I'm traveling with my adult daughter and we wanted somewhere quiet and clean, not too far away from town. Magginas Studios was perfect. The owner Spyros was amazing. He was always available for questions, sent us information about great restaurants and made us feel welcome. Literally steps to the beach, but not on the beach, so we had privacy and quiet with easy beach access.

The only thing we didn't like.....was that we only stayed 5 nights. We would have loved to stay longer. 🥰

Wonderful.

Location was amazing. Easy walking to the beach and into the town, restaurants,cafes and shops. The host and his family were very sweet and helpful. They couldn't do enough for us. The apartment was clean and cool. Really nice. A wonderful Greek family run establishment. Thank you Spyros and family.

Great location! Great service!

Such a great location and hotel in Paros! Located right near the beach and several restaurants and bars, but off the main road so very quiet. Spyros was such a lovely host and made the whole process very easy. The rooms were clean and spacious and the pricing was very fair as well. Would definitely recommend staying here and would definitely come back again! Some extra pictures uploaded and I was unable to remove them but the property photo is below such a cute spot!

Beautiful property in amazing location, large airy room

The building is in a great location, very near the lovely seafront with beach cafes right on beach and nice swimming area. The room was large size, lovely bright and clean and nice decorations and touches. I really liked the concrete style bathroom. Aircon worked well too. Check in was easy and Spyros was really friendly and helped us get back to the port. The beds were great and nice to have some things in kitchen area if you wanted to cook. We could make our own tea etc. which really makes a difference, there was also a fridge and complimentary water. We wanted to stay longer!

Bright, Big, Clean Studio Close To All

Place was in a perfect location close to ferry, town, beach, and bus station to get to other parts of the island. Studio was big, clean, and bright! Spyros was such a great host, personable and accessible. I walked to the beach and town everyday. I would stay here again.

Highly recommended! Excellent service from Spyros. The studio was lovely and comfortable, with everything we needed. The location was perfect — close to the port and great restaurants. If I come back, I would definitely stay here again ☺️🙌🏼

Just a small note: the shower was a bit small and the showerhead wasn’t mounted high on the wall, you had to hold it by hand.

Nice cozy apartment by an excellent host

The two things we liked most are: 1. Hospitality 2. Location Spyros Magginas (host) is an amazing person. He is very friendly and helpful, and nice to talk to. Although it was not part of the booking, he offered us lift from the port to his place and again from his place to the port as we were carrying heavy luggage. He had also provided recommendations to the places to visit and restaurants. The location is at a very short distance from the beach (and also from the port). There are many good restaurants nearby. The Paros market is also not far off. The apartment is a nice and cozy one. The cleaning lady visited every day to ensure the cleanliness of the apartment.

We liked almost everything. One thing we wished for if the apartment had a washing machine.

Lovely cycladic studio with a perfect location and a very kind and helpful host !

The studio was super cute, with a lovely terrace and a charming Cycladic style that we really loved. It felt cosy and comfortable, with a small but handy kitchenette. The highlight for us was definitely the host, Spryos. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available with great advice. The studios are in a quiet little street, with great cafés and restaurants literally a minute away on foot, and the beautiful beach of Parikia, with its beach bars and relaxed vibe. The town center is also easily accessible. Honestly, the location and the warm welcome made this stay really special. We were very happy with everything! thank you so much :)

I had an incredible stay at Magginas Studios in Paros! From the moment we arrived, Spyros, the owner, greeted us with the warmest smile and made us feel right at home. He was friendly and went out of his way to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The studio itself was fantastic – clean, modern, and well-maintained. It had all the amenities we needed, and the cozy atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the island.

Favorite Island & studio in Greece

Our host Pyros took excellent care of us from the moment we reached the port, picked us up & dropped us off at the end. Gave us the best recommendations for restaurants & beaches. The studio location is right in the middle of everything & it has everything that you will need inside it. Definitely coming back to Magginas when we come back to Paros.

-I think everything has been said by the other reviewers - Spyros is a star. He is genuinely kind and helpful, one of the nicest people you could wish to meet. He creates a lovely welcoming atmosphere. -proximity to the beach and restaurants . I have walking difficulties but even I could make it the few yards to the seafront. -Immaculately clean inside & out. It just says ‘I am loved & cared for’.

-Loved the whole experience. -There is no view as such and obviously no pool but it was still great.
