Relaxing get away in great accommodation!

It was clean, very cool beach vibe and so close to actual beach(5 min walk). Loved small outdoor area each unit had as well as local stray cats that greeted us all the time. Hostesses mother and daughter lived up to their internet reputation-they were very warm and welcoming.

Best place to stay in Paros

Excellent location, close to the beach and to many restaurants and bars but still quiet at night. Super hosts, espresso machine in the room with free coffee. Daily housekeeping with daily change of towels.

Everything was excellent. The flat was very clean and comfortable. In particular our landladies gave us the warmest welcome and helped us with everything we needed to make our stay truly memorable.

Perfect stay in beautiful Paros

Amazing property in perfect location in Paros, so clean with daily housekeeping, fresh towels everyday, warm and friendly hosts with great recommendations to make your stay comfortable, fun and enjoyable! Replenished coffee pods daily too, which was such a bonus and delicious cake and wine on arrival! Gorgeous room, lots of space, lovely terrace where we enjoyed a gin and tonic each night and fabulous rooftop garden for the odd windy day! Superb stay, couldn’t have wished for more - just book it, fabulous property at very reasonable prices!!

Beautiful rooms run by lovely people and great location.

The 2 ladies on reception are extremely friendly and helpful. The room was immaculately clean every day and spacious with a comfortable bed and very tasteful decorations. There is a verandah at the front of each room, where we sat to drink and play cards. The location is great very close to the beach and they have beach umbrellas you can borrow. Easy walking distance to everything with lots of very good restaurants nearby. The coffee machine in our room was useful with the provided pods.

Great location from the port, so easy to access. The room was spotlessly clean, including the towels and bedding. Some lovely little touches from the owners on arrival, wine, water, cakes and also some basic washing up equipment. There was also a Costa Coffee machine with coffee capsules provided in your room, which was a lovely touch. There was also a fabulous roof terrace with sun loungers, tables and chairs which was lovely early evening to watch the sunset with a glass of wine. The family could not do enough to make sure yours stay was a good one. They recommended local restaurants, day trips and car hire too.

The side road was a bit noisy at times but you couldn’t hear anything when the door was closed.

Great return visit

From a friendly welcome to our farewell the staff are lovely and so helpful. This is our 2nd visit to the Diplos Studios, our 1st being 9 years ago. The studios are maintained very well and I think the bathrooms have been updated since our last visit. They are in a great location 50m from the beach and an easy level walk to restaurants even at the far end of town.

Great Paros stay

The location is perfect, close to the port and city, just a walking distance. We were welcomed by Nicky and Antonia, they are so friendly and helpful with giving the nice restaurant and tours recommendations. Very clean room and they bring in a light breakfast every morning.

Perfect, warm, easy,

I like the location. Close to the Port. We arrived so late ( 11:30 PM) so we decided to take a cab ( only 7 euros ) but it is a short distance to walk if you are not tired or cold or heavy packed. Niki was there waiting for us. It is a family business, very cute and clean. The decoration is stunning. Really loved everything about this place.

Relaxing and covinient

Good location, close to quite a few restaurants, very close to a beach for a quick cool down. Very nice and cosy terrace and garden to enjoy a morning coffee. Under 15 min walk to the ferry port and bus stop saving on having to hire a taxi or rent a bike or car. Amazingly friendly and helpful hosts. Modern and well maintained rooms.

Wonderful Stay

The room is spacious and clean, exactly like it was showed in foto. Good location - 10 mins to port/ bus station, 3 mins to beach. Owner lady is friendly and nice person. She brings a small breakfast to us every morning.. it was a pleasant surprise :) since we didn’t know breakfast is included. Enjoy eating breakfast or chit-chatting in the evening at a small private Terrace outside the room. We wish we could stay few more days. Paros itself is also quite a relaxing and charming island (not touristy like Santorini). We are fully satisfied with our room. Fully recommend it.

location was great, near a beach and close enough to the centre to walk but far enough away to be quiet at night. staff were really helpful and friendly and the complementary breakfast was a nice touch. They gave us a lift to the port the day we were leaving. Room was clean and had everything you need for a few days. Would stay again

OMG we don't know where to start. Antonia and her daughter are the definition of great service. Besides their busy schedule from 7ham-8hpm, Antonia managed to pickup my family of 6 at the port, which is only a 15min walk. Then she and her daughter greeted us with hot and iced cappuccinos, orange juice, cake and cookies. And we got that every morning! The two ladies are very sweet and quickly responsive to all our requests. We booked 2 studios and they were next door as requested, which allowed us to celebrate our daughter"s birthday at night on the patio. Inside, the studios are nicely decorated and everything is white as we love in a typical Cyclades accommodation. The shower has a very good water flow, hot & cold. The AC and WI-FI worked perfectly. On the eve of our last night, Antonia asked for our ferry departure and was present the next morning at 8ham to drive us back to the port. We did not get this kind of service anywhere on the other islands, or from any hosts in our years of traveling. This is a generation-thru-generation apartments rental business and it shows in the hard-work of these 2 women, mother & daughter. Hats off to Antonia & Nicky, you made our stays really memorable. Perfect!

Nicest people we met on our trip to Greece, Antonia and Nicky made our stay in Paros very special! Can’t thank them enough! Despite a last minute booking, Antonia welcomed us late at night in an exceptionally clean room! We are so glad we had the chance to stay at this property, perfectly located, just a minute away from the beach. The hosts filled us in with all the great recommendations to enjoy Paros. It’s a gem!
