Wonderful house - loved our stay .

The apartment was centrally located in the gorgeous old town - very walkable. The house was comfortable ,stylish and kept cool in the warm weather we experienced. it was well set up for our stay with good kitchen amenities .

We had trouble working the oven - perhaps better instructions needed .

Beautiful apartment and super location.

Very tastefully done apartment. Lots of attention to small details to make the stay comfortable. Apartment and kitchen were well stocked with supplies which was such a pleasant surprise. Super clean and conveniently located.

Great, central location, but for a week's stay, more communication and care was needed.

Great location for access to central Parikia: a few minutes walk to ferries and local buses, and right in the middle of all restaurants and bars. Loved the views from roof terrace.

Apartment needed decluttering: way too much stuff - ornaments, candles, cushions, kitchen accessories - for a small space - also including wet mops left in shower area, hoover in lounge, and excess cleaning kit left in bathroom. Minimal contact from host. No welcome information or guidance. Hard to access roof space at first and had to search for kit to make this a comfortable area. Sofa bed is broken and needs updating. No offer to change linen/ towels in 7 day stay. No leaving contact, info or follow up. Chose this central location - so expected noise - but accommodation is just above a popular, very noisy cafe - therefore no sleep possible til they close at 23.00.

Cute place but overpriced.

Cute place, recently renovated, well equipped kitchen. Nice location but can be noisy at night. Nice rooftop area upstairs but access is via very steep narrow stairs. .

Place is small and not suitable for more than 3 people. For the money charged the following improvements are needed: cleaning equipment(mops/buckets/vacuum cleaners/ sponges/etc) should not be left lying in the living room. Sofa bed is broken and only for one person. Safety deposit box is not secure. Owners are not located nearby so you are basically left to your own devices to work out wifi/ key lock arrangements. Owners contact number was often switched off and not answering.

Comfortable and centrally located

Location location location! Well equipped and very comfortable. Small but every thing we needed was available. We loved the added amenity of the rooftop.

It was okay.

Good location. Cute area.

We had not even a whole roll of toilet paper when we arrived and not even an extra roll. Very few towels. Sheets on bed were not soft whatsoever. Tried to wash clothes. There wasn’t any instructions in any language but Greek. The Woman from downstairs tried to help us and even she didn’t understand it. Then as we were about to leave for the ferry, the machine wouldn’t open!! We had to leave. At the last minute as we were about to board the woman came running to us with our clothes. Thank God for her.

Comfort location in the nicest parikia area

Very nice location, design and comfort. We stay 5 days and feel good there. We enjoy the terrace at nights and balcon during the day (shadow from the sun). All facilities and beach a walking distance. Well match to the description

Everything! The love to detail is just amazing.The facilities are perfect and the flat is a comfy central but yet calm place to stay in the heart of Parikia.I recommend it to everyone who wants to work / needs good WiFi. And I would choose it anytime again.

Just a minor thing, blinds where missing but I am sure this will be added to this brand new flat soon.
