Great location. Good facilities but beware the extra charge when you get there.

Location was perfect and an easy walk from the ferry. Near to great restaurants and the sea. Large rooms. Beware though once we arrived we were messaged to leave an additional 32 Euros in the key lock box because we were told it was for an 'extra' tax. It's too late once you're there to refuse but I was not impressed.

I think it could be very noisy in peak season as it is a through street. We were there after peak. The bathroom is quite small but there are two toilets one off the main bedroom which was nice.

Beautiful and Central Stone House

This clean and comfortable house is in an ideal location, nestled among Parikia's cobbled streets and whitewashed old town. It is just steps away from several bars, restaurants, and shops, and within easy reach of the beach, bus station, and ferry port. We loved the decor and layout, and found the place to be spacious and well-equipped. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and allowed us to check in a few hours early, which was much appreciated.

Wonderful, warm Greeek Island experience with everything you need!

What a lovely, cozy place to call home if ever you are lucky enough to visit Parikia, Paros! Quaint & comfortable to relax for our party of four (especially the 1.5 bathrooms!). The kitchen made it easy to prepare some home cooked meals with all the utensils & equipment provided. Plus- an Nespresso machine ;)! The location is central to all things in town including the beach, restaurants, shops, markets, churches, car/scooter rentals, ferries, busses, marina ect. Just like the pictures but better! The host (thank you -Filippos!) was exceptional with communication & went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed to make our stay memorable. He even arranged taxi services for us to/from the airport- which was a GREAT help! Be sure to book your rides in advance- high season is BUSY. If you need anything, don’t hesitate to ask, they were awesome! This little house has everything you need to make a visit to Paros memorable! If we are ever lucky enough to visit again we will certainly stay in this home away from home again!

Exceptional location and loved the traditional feel of the property

Location was exceptional- so close to the water and the ferries so easy walk as well as to main shopping alleyways. Giannis was very helpful and sent lots of additional info requested straight away.

It would be helpful to have a drying rack to dry beach towels and swimming clothes after being at beach all day

Very nice property with great convenience and all the comforts of home.

This property was just so cute, well located, spacious and over-all fantastic. This is quite the little jewel hidden is the streets of the city. It was in a fairly quiet area and conveniently located withing 50 meters of dozens shops and restaurants. The walk to this location was 5 minutes from the ferry and super easy to find using offline maps. If you are looking for comfortable convenience in the heart of everything, this is it. We met the rental company representative at the property for the key transfer. He gave us the keys and a great overview of the property with some extra super tips about Paros.

The shower head had to be hand held, it's common for Greece.. Not a big deal by any means but a hold for it on the wall would be nice.
