Good location but not for tall people

Location

Bedroom on ground floor had no windows - it was like a cave. Upstairs bedroom had very low ceiling - barely 1.5 meters Inability to flush toilet paper in toilets Very steep and narrow stairs to upstairs Very small bathroom on ground floor

Great location. Quiet but close to everything. Plenty of space for 3 people. Good air conditioning. Well decorated, good amenities and plenty of space. Daily cleaning if desired. Host representative was excellent!

Fabulous find

This apartment is a fabulous find. Ideally located just a couple of minutes walk from the port and many bars and restaurants. Comfortable beds Well equipped kitchen Plentiful hot water The hosts are lovely and answer any questions you may have promptly The cleaner pops in every day to empty bins etc

This is a lovely apartment in a great location. We only stayed a night but wished we had more time. The apartment is well maintained with two fabulous bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Paros.

Right in the heart of the historic old town

The Happy Apartment is in a fantastic, central location in Parikia old town. It is an historic building which has been well renovated. The downstairs area - lounge and kitchen - and the beds were very comfortable. Great to have two toilets (upstairs and downstairs). Good wifi and air conditioners in every room. Plenty of cafés and restaurants were just a few minutes walk away. If you want to stay right the heart of the action in Parikia, this apartment is a great option.

Because this is a historic building, the layout is a little quirky which means the bedroom downstairs, which is spacious and well appointed, does not have natural light. And the bedroom upstairs, also very comfortable, has very low head height. Also, the main bathroom is tiny.

Location was excellent. Very central to everything. The host met us with the keys and helped us get settled. There was a high chair and portocot for our baby which was very convenient. The apartment is really spacious and there is a house keeper who comes everyday. Highly recommend

Great with a little inconvenience!

The location is perfect, within walking distance of the ferry's port and restaurants around are abundant and easily accessible.

The bathrooms... the web description mentioned 2 bathroom with bathtubs. Apparently, it might be booking.com's error as the owner said the description they have is 1 shower/lavatory and 1 lavatory only (no bathtub). The 2nd room is on the 2nd level so our friends who stayed on that room had some inconvenience when it comes to showering as they have to go up and down to shower. In addition, the shower room is a little too small and the shower door is only half so every time we shower, the floor gets so wet. However, after discussing with the owner, they refunded us with some money to cover the inconvenience we experienced. Also, the address on the website is a little off in google map, but could be google map's issue. Overall, the apartment is clean and well maintained. By the way, the washing machine gets loud when spinning, hopefully, it is fixed by now.

The Happy Apartment made me very happy!

Located 3 minutes walk from the port - surrounded by boutiques, cafés and restaurants - and yet the property has a very intimate and private feeling to it. It is immaculately clean, the decor is gorgeous and inviting (and looks exactly like in the photos!), and the bed is one of the most comfortable bed I ever slept in! The staff, Nikolina, is friendly and gave great recommendations.

This property was the most amazing location . Steps from the port in Parikia , down a quiet alley , right by the cutest shopping . Nikolina was the best host , very responsive if we needed anything or had questions.

The property was exactly as pictured . if you have not travelled in Europe before , the size of the bathrooms might be a shock.

Lovely apartment, great location, fantastic host. Nikoletta text me a couple of days in advance to check in and then on the day sent me very clear directions on where to meet her and then she brought us to the apartment (it would have been difficult to find otherwise)

Excellent location. Pretty much in the centre of the village but quiet at the same time. The apartment was bigger than we thought and very clean. They provided cleaning services every day, which was very handy. Nikolina was very helpful and gave us good tips about restaurants.

Location perfect , right in the center. Not far from the port. The apartment is comfortable with a nice sunny terrace. Kitchen has all you need and even more. Bed is comfortable and the bathroom has a nice design. Host responds quickly

A charming week in a very nice apartment

The location is top! In the middle of everything, but quiet. The house was renovated recently, it is cosy and charming. It's perfect for a family with 2 children, or just a couple. Everything in Parikia is within walking distance, and very nice restaurants are just around the corner. Very good beds!
