Nice rooms in a great location with a great host

As others have pointed out, the host, Manos, was super helpful and available. The rooms are nice and the location's great - very central, within short walking distance to everything of interest in Parikia. Yet, the street itself it's located in does not have any restaurants or bars so you are spared the late night noise - an added benefit.

The property is brand new, clean and a slick new design - it’s also in the perfect location. The beds are super comfortable and the area is very quiet.

Lovely room, just could be cleaner

Nice room, lovely design, and handy location to the port.

The room itself is lovely but needed a good clean - floors felt dirty and gritty if bare foot, and cutlery and cups, towels etc were not cleaned or replaced for the duration of the stay which made us feel quite dirty after a day or two. For a room that has quite a luxurious feel and design, there could be more amenities (plates, cutlery, new beach towels) which would make it feel as good as it looks.

Paros charm

The place was spotless and newly renovated and centrally located making it easy to catch boats or buses. A 2 minute walk into the old town and restaurants. Manos was very helpful and available at all times and we were grateful that he helped us take our luggage up the stairs. Highly recommended staying here when in Paros.

Very difficult to park a car. We chose not to hire one for this reason but the bus system works well. The street is pretty run down and busy but location makes up for it, however the apartment is very quiet and worth it

Great host and great location.

Manos is a fabulous host. He couldn’t have been more helpful from helping carry our luggage up the stairs to any questions we had in relation to things to do. Rooms are quite new and very comfortable. Walking distance to the centre of town. We could walk with our luggage from the port. Everything is 5-10 minute walk. Grocery store is a 2 minute walk.

Great location

Great location close to the Port, cafes, shopping and food stores. Our room had a balcony and ocean view. Host Manos was very welcoming and helpful.

Internet was slow and dropped out a lot. Drinking glasses were provided but nothing to dry them with once washed up. As the food stores were close by they could have included a small set of cutlery, bowls and plates for eating in.

5 star hotel quality with a human touch

Wide sea/harbour view over the rooftops from balcony, very convenient for walking to the ferry. Quiet double glazing and top class finishes. Beautiful design and spacious interior, bedroom and bathroom. Full coffee pod choices and generous water provision. Manos was very friendly and helpful.

Satellite tv channels but no streaming available. If you are bothered by the mandatory Greek green emergency lights like me, carry plasters which you can temporarily stick over the central points. It was a high ceiling so it wasn’t as bright as we had in another place.

Good location

The property is in a great location. Easy walking to the port and restaurants. We booked 2 x triple rooms for 2 nights. After checking in, I noticed the rooms were considerably different in size. 1 was a triple room, and the other was definitely not. Our suitcases had to be opened one at a time on the bed as there wasn't any room to open them anywhere else. The bed was also pushed up against the wall. As we checked in quite late at night I didn't msg the property until the next day and was told that they had a problem with the 2nd triple room we were supposed to have but they could move us later that day. My issue is that if I didn't contact the property, we wouldn't have been moved at all. I also didn't get the room I paid for, and no compensation was offered. That being said, the triple room was very comfortable, but I would not recommend staying in the double room unless you have no luggage or you are a solo traveller.

Friendly and good value

We received a friendly welcome from Manos, who also provided us with helpful local information. Daily housekeeping was provided by friendly ladies. The studios are in a quiet street, within easy walking distance of the ferry port and bus station and also close to the restaurants and cafes. Our balcony had a sunny aspect and was big enough to either sit in the sun or the shade depending on preference. The room was good value for money.

It's located right at the port. It's a room with attached tiny kitchen but good enough to brew some coffee and prepare a basic meal. It can be noisy due to its very central location where all hustle and bustle takes place. Friendly owners. Good wifi.

Mike was awesome! Loved the location and price!

Mike was an amazing host! We got in on the ferry late at night and he was there to greet us and show us our room as well as extend our room when our ferry got canceled! It was an excellent location, a few minutes walk from the port as well as the cute village!

Manos, Mike and the cleaners were very friendly and helpful. The view from the balcony was great (could see the ferries coming in). Hot water available on demand 24hrs a day and small standard cooking facilities included. The location was perfect for nice restaurants and easy access to the rest of the island. Nice little studio

Actually I liked that the TV had music channels lol. It's Basic but set up well for convenience. Towel hooks and other items that so many hotels lack. Even had a shower curtain... what a concept. Nice balcony with great drying rack for hand laundry.

Perfect location for a short break!

The only issue I had with the room is the smell of cigarette smoke, as a none smoker the smell of cigarettes is really horrible. I found it really difficult to sleep as the pillows and mattress smelled of cigarettes. other than that, the room was perfect!
