Wonderful location and property. Best stay!

It was perfect! It really felt like home for 3 days. The property is close to everything you need. 7-10 min walk to the main town and port if ur taking a ferry. There is a big supermarket right across the street 5min walk from a nice beach and plenty of restaurants and bars. At the beach side Moschoula was very helpful and nice. It was definitely worth it.

A kind host and good location, though a few issues affected the experience.

Moschoula is a kind and welcoming host. She offered us coffee on the first morning of our stay and kindly let us use her moka pot. The location is convenient—not far from the sea, beautiful beaches, and the city center of Parikia. The apartment is situated in a quiet and peaceful area, which made our stay relaxing and enjoyable.

The bathroom was very small, with no space to place personal belongings. A few shelves would have been greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, the pictures did not reflect the actual condition of the space. The internet connection was very poor, which made it difficult to stay connected. In the kitchen, there were no dish towels, no napkins, and the sugar provided was very old. Basic items such as coffee were not available, despite the presence of a coffee machine. We were only provided with two rolls of toilet paper and had to purchase a pack ourselves. We were later told we should have asked for more, but this was not clearly communicated. Upon arrival, we were informed that cleaning would take place every two days. However, during our 5-day stay, the cleaning lady only came on the 4th day, and only after we inquired about the lack of service and towel changes.

Comfortable clean room, with amazing rooftop.

Very nice and clean room. amazing sunset from the rooftop, and comfortable beds. There also is a small kitchen to cook your own meals if you’d like. It’s very close to town a short 10 min walk and 5 min from a grocery store.

Amazing location. Just a 10-15 minute walk from anything in Parikia. The hostess was great! There was a cleaning service daily and everything we needed was met. Super friendly, absolutely recommend this beautiful place to anyone staying in paros.

The staff were very friendly and we got a complimentary bottle of wine for our stay as we were exploring the Greek islands for our honeymoon

The room was very cold and the heater did not work. The bathroom was very small and there was no divider/curtain/door for the shower so the entire bathroom got wet when taking a shower.

Very clean and spacious room, with a nice balcony, easily walkable to the town with comfy beds. Well equipped kitchen and host was welcoming, easily contactable and responsive.

No shower curtain so the bathroom got a bit flooded whenever you used the shower. Wifi wasn’t very consistent but managed to use it a bit.

Paros is a busy island but very nice!

Located in a quiet area with hardly any traffic. Only a short walk to bakery and supermarket (but for the supermarket you have to cross a street with a lot of traffic). Also only a short walk to tavernas, the beach and the harbour. We had no sun on the balcony, which was not a problem for us.

The towels were not changed until in the end of our stay.

Host was so lovely and helpful, always available for questions and for help. Truly wonderful stay and the area is perfect for a few relaxing beach days and a great starting spot for any adventure you might like to go on.

Very good

The apartment is super near to the beach, 5 minutes walk and 10 minutes to parikia. From outside it’s the typical Greek house and it has an amazing rooftop to see the sea and the sunset and to have dinner or breakfast it has some nice tables. The interior of the apartment was ok but the kitchen furniture could be better. it has a nice balcony with a table and chairs. however the clothes line was rusty and it made our clothes dirty. in the bathroom there is nothing to put the shampoos so while showering you squat a lot.

Superb

The place was great for us. Even though the apartments might seem small, they are not and it was more than enough for our stay in Parikia. Close to beachfront and centre ( couple of mins walk ) with a stunning rooftop terrace offering breathtaking views of Parikia bay.

Walking distance from Paroikia, coast front tavernas, shops, etc. The property is well maintained, ideal for families! Hostess is an excellent communicator, very assistive and always smiley!

Great host, perfect place!

Moschoula was amazing! We were early and she answered her phone right away and let us into the room, super relaxed check in. She even gave us some sweets and fresh eggs which were so good! The AC worked great and the ceiling fan was nice as well. Kitchen had a hot plate and any dishware you might need. Shower pressure and heat worked great. Location was great, only a 5 min walk to the water. Places for you to park a car/ATV as well. The rooftop tearrace was the best! We watched a sunset and sunrise up there and it was beautiful. Perfect view, great place!

Vi havde brug for et sted at sove, da vores færge blev aflyst. Værelset her var alt, hvad vi havde brug for for at gøre ventetiden behagelig. Værterne var meget forstående i forhold til vores situation og lod os endda checke ud senere, så det passede bedre med vores nye færgetid.

A host foi super querida. Para um grupo de 3 amigas, estava super bem. Tivemos mudança de toalhas a meio da estadia e tiravam o lixo todos os dias. Com varanda privada.

O fogão portátil apenas funcionava 1 bico e após falarmos com a host, esta trocou logo na hora. A cozinha tinha poucos utensílios para se fazer grandes refeições, mas funcionou perfeitamente. A cortina do chuveiro podia ser mais comprida, para não molhar tanto o chão da wc.

Apartamento agradable para dormir y poder cocinar cosas básicas.

El apartamento es agradable, tiene un balcón que está bastante bien, es muy tranquilo y limpian y cambian las sábanas cada día. Tiene un supermercado bastante grande justo al lado y no hay problema para aparcar el coche en la zona. La zona está bien para ir recorriendo la isla en coche, pero si no tienes coche no lo recomiendo ya que no está en el centro de Parikia. Que esté un poco apartado tiene sus ventajas ya que por la mañana, en la entrada de Parikia, se forma una caravana, la cual evitamos. Muy cerca de Nausas también, se llega al centro en 15 minutos en coche.

La cocina es pequeña, pero el principal problema es que no está nada equipada. Faltan muchos utensilios y sería de gran ayuda, teniendo en cuenta que nos quedamos pocos días, que hubiera sal, aceite y básicos como estos. Otro "inconveniente" sería que, para llegar al centro de Parikia, hay que caminar unos 10 minutos por carreteras sin acera, aunque esto no es un drama.

מקום אירוח מקסים וביתי, החדרים נקיים, נוקו בכל יום. כל הבקשות שלנו נענו מהר. יש תחנת אוטובוס ממש קרוב לדירה ככה שלא צריך לרדת כל פעם בתחנה המרכזית שטיפה רחוקה. החדר היה גדול ומרווח. בערך רבע שעה הליכה ממרכז פריקיה.

Endroit propre et agréable. Bel emplacement. A recommander.

L'emplacement est très bon. On y accède facilement à pied depuis le port en 10 à 15 minutes tout en évitant l'animation bruyante à proximité du port. Endroit très calme et on peut garer son scooter devant la porte. La chambre que nous avions était à l'étage spacieuse, avec une petite cuisine et un petit balcon. Salle de bain comprenant WC propre et suffisamment grande. Il est possible de se faire à manger et de diner sur le balcon à 2 le soir. Il y a un supermarché très proche pour faire ses courses. L'emplacement à l'écart du port permet de partir visiter l'ile en évitant les bouchons. On est arrivé plutôt que prévu vers 10:30 et on a eu la chance de pouvoir s'installer tout de suite car la chambre était prête et la propriétaire nous l'a gentiment proposé.

L'équipement de la cuisine est assez limité, mais permet quand même de préparer à manger: frigo, plaque de cuisson, bouilloire... Il n'y a pas tout le temps quelqu'un pour vous accueillir. Il n'est donc pas facile de communiquer avec les propriétaires.

Soggiorno eccezionale

Il valore aggiunto della struttura è la proprietaria Moschoula, sempre disponibile, sempre presente e cordiale. Parla anche l'Italiano ed è una circostanza di non poco conto. L'abitazione, oltre che spaziosa e dotata, era pulitissima ed anche questa è una circostanza di assoluto rilievo. Ma non solo. La proprietaria mette a disposizione ogni giorno una donna che provvede a ritirare l'immondizia ed a dare una veloce rassettata all'abitazione. Ho suggerito alla proprietaria di specificare, nella descrizione della struttura, che fornisce anche questo servizio di "pulizia", perchè affittando un'abitazione non ci si aspetta di ricevere questa attenzione. Ho anche suggerito alla signora Moschoula di specificare che viene effettuato il cambio delle lenzuola (a noi le hanno cambiate una volta in 9 gg) ed il cambio degli asciugamani anche più volte a settimana. La posizione dell'abitazione è perfetta per raggiungere supermercati, forno, il porto ed il mare anche a piedi. Insomma, Moschoula è stata davvero un'ottima scoperta e se dovessimo tornare a Paros sarà ancora la nostra scelta.
