Location - quiet and close to a bakery, supermarkets and the port. Space for parking.
Has washing machine and slippers and toothbrush if kits!
Staff - speed of response and helpfulness. Very minor issues were sorted very quickly.
Air con - in bedroom next to bathroom, it disconnects when bathroom window opens. Makes no sense but it’s ok once you know about it. The air con also is slow to respond to changes in settings but again it’s fine once you know that’s how it is.

Cute, comfortable house in amazing location, only 10 minutes to center of Parikia, on a quiet side street. If you take smaller streets to get to town, it is perfectly safe and quiet.
Comfy beds, efficient and quiet A/C, two terraces, unlimited hot water with excellent pressure. Traditional decor with modern amenities. Big bathroom which we loved and enough storage space.
Please note, that the smaller bedroom is quite dark.

Location is great and it is a large apartment
The main bedroom mattress was uncomfortable and the small second bedroom couch was also a bit uncomfortable as the height of the couch pillows that would open into a mattress was not the same height this is why I think it would help to replace the couch with a twin bed and to add a store or opaque blinds. As people live on the ground floor it would help a lot to train the visitor how to open the store in both areas
