Prime location for short stay in Paros. Thank you.

Location was perfect, minutes away from main port, bus services & restaurants, easy check-in & ongoing communication with host, near sea front & Old Town.

Stairs up to property were quite steep so keep in mind if you have difficulty with luggage. Alternative stairs between two restaurants was a better option. No designated outdoor seating area.

Not impressed. Description not accurate.

The property was clean and tidy.

Not situated on ground level. Over 40 steep stairs from the street. Very difficult with luggage. No outdoor living. Front Door is right next to an office door no table outdoor table as pictured. Sea view only from front door when shutter open and people are looking in. Meters away from noisy bar every night until 3am. Absolutely no parking near or available despite advertising street parking. Bathroom small and dated. Have to turn hot water on to heat up each time you shower. Bathroom supplies for hair and body insufficient for a stay of several days.

Perfect location. Just a few steps from market Street. And right above the restaurants along the bay walk.

Not a fan of white lights. 😊 Bathroom was dark and kitchen outdated.

Very disappointing. Owner did replace jug and toaster and was pleasant.

Great lovation

Electric shock from old hairdryer, jug not working properly, cord on iron worn and we decided not to use, air con can only be used if every door and window closed. Unable to have for example one bedroom cool and keep the door in living room open. Outdoor area not as advertised. The area is in front of a neighbours door, on a public footpath , and on a slope.

good location, tough parking, plan on eating out

location was pretty good but parking was nearly a mile away. offered free toothbrush and slippers etc.

could not open windows to cool off without turning off A/C, entire place needed a good cleaning, cooking facilities were old especially oven a DB cooktop. forget about cooking there. windows right on ground floor where passers by look into your room, lots of stairs, could use some larger light bulbs… yes it is Cyclades style architecture but it does at have to be a dark cave. lighting needs improvement. again, needs an update and good cleaning.

Photos showed that you had a view ,we thought , misleading. Had a restaurant in front that kept us awake until 2 pm with loud music for two night

The property was in a fantastic location. It was a very nice house and had everything that we needed for our stay. The host was great at communicating about check in and answering any questions we had.

We loved the location of the place and the convenience to the Port and many restaurants and bars. It was well equipped with facilities to cook and clean for yourself. The host of place, Fillipos, was very easy to communicate with and responded to our needs quite promptly.

Due to the nature of the apartment, there was a shaft shared with other people so it was particularly noisy when someone came through internal access. Additionally, the external shutters were mostly closed all of the time making the apartment quite dark

Great Location but busy area

Amazing location walk to everything basically. The house is on a busy walking lane and very close to an excellent rooftop bar .. both mean some noise at times. No problem with windows closed but at times we loved having that seaa breeze so just be aware. Noise doesn't go all night and pretty quiet after 22.00.

It is a beautiful, well-maintained, well-appointed, and clean apartment with plenty of space located close to the beach, restaurants, and the town square.

There are steep steps to carry luggage up, but that’s manageable. Just be aware.

was not serviced, which got a little gross after two or three days of the bathroom bins filling up due to not being able to flush paper down the toilet. would have been good to have at least one service for fresh towels, more toilet paper and empty of bins.

Cosy and very well equipped apartment. In a perfect location next to the center of Parikia with restaurants and bars in 5 min walk. The host was very helpful and friendly

A pretty little house but with no usable outside seating.

Well equipped, clean and in an area which was quiet at this time of year.

The picture, showing two chairs and a table suggested there was outside sitting space. This is misleading. They are on a slope in a public alleyway and it was more or less impossible to sit at the table so we have up after the first attempt. In this country, in this climate, we would have expected to have been able to relax in the sunshine. If you can accept this drawback, then the little house might suit you.

Fantastic place to stay

Lovely, cosy and very well-equipped apartment on a perfect location in the heart of the town – next to the iconic church of Parikia and the sea. The hosts were very communicative, friendly and helpful, and gave lots of useful tips – definitely hope to come back!

Perfect host! Pre-arrival communication, pick up at port, tipps and recommendations.... everything was on point. The apartment is very nicely furnished, kind of modern country house. In the middle of everything: restaurants, bars, port and bus station.
