Location was perfect, minutes away from main port, bus services & restaurants, easy check-in & ongoing communication with host, near sea front & Old Town.
Stairs up to property were quite steep so keep in mind if you have difficulty with luggage. Alternative stairs between two restaurants was a better option. No designated outdoor seating area.

The property was clean and tidy.
Not situated on ground level. Over 40 steep stairs from the street. Very difficult with luggage. No outdoor living. Front Door is right next to an office door no table outdoor table as pictured. Sea view only from front door when shutter open and people are looking in.
Meters away from noisy bar every night until 3am. Absolutely no parking near or available despite advertising street parking. Bathroom small and dated. Have to turn hot water on to heat up each time you shower. Bathroom supplies for hair and body insufficient for a stay of several days.
