Modern, fully equipped and safe.

Excellent facilities and room. A little mix up with the booking but instructions and communication were clear on how to find the place. The room is very modern, has everything you need for a short or a long stay. Comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchenette, calming design and decoration throughout. Very secure building.

The room I was given was on the first floor and I wasn't told until last minute. As there is no a lift at the premises, I had to carry a very heavy bag up the stairs. If I had known it would be on the 1st floor I would have asked for a ground floor room or book another place to stay.

Overall good stay

Location was great and everything you needed was right within walking distance. Made it very easy to get around Paros and the room was exactly as pictured.

Host was a little hard to get in contact with at times but overall was not a huge issue and check in was very confusing. Maintenance came to fix the jacuzzi mid day and wore their shoes inside and left the door to the patio open while working. Found a couple bugs later that evening I assume due to the door being open because was not an issue at check in

Everything was perfect! The property is located seconds away from parikia port , brand new apartments very cozy. Definitely will be coming back for a longer stay

Ogólnie apartamenty super, ale do 2 dni.

Po 2 dniach pobytu brakuje kosmetyków do mycia, których obsługa nie dołożyła przez cały pobyt. I papieru toaletowego również. Brak dokładnego sprzątania też po kilku dniach jest widoczna.

Photo trompeuse. C’est pas catastrophique mais un peut cher pour ce retrouver à la cave

Le lit est grand est confortable et pas loin du port 15 min environ.

Pas de vrai fenêtre juste un soupirail , apparemment sous terre non indiqué sur les photos. Du coup humidité constante et odeur d’égout devant l’appartement. Manque d’hygiène quand nous sommes arrivés il y avait pleins de cheveux dans la salle de bain. Manque de table pour pouvoir manger à deux il y a seulement une chaise et une tablette. Mal insonorisé fêtard qui hurle toutes les nuits. Apparemment juste à côté du local de nettoyage. Lumière constante la nuit devant le soupirail donc lumière qui rentre dans l’appartement toute la nuit.

Lindo el cuarto,pero insoportable el olor a cloaca. Además falta ventilación. La habitación 105 no tiene ventanas y la rejilla de la cloaca en la puerta.

Τα δωμάτια είναι σε υπόγειο χωρίς καμία ενημέρωση , με υγρασία καθώς δν υπάρχει παράθυρο κ αναγκάζεσαι να απλώνει ρούχα κ μαγιό μέσα στο δωμάτιο με αποτέλεσμα να μην στεγνώνουν ποτέ , χωρίς ιδιαίτερη καθαριότητα καθώς βρήκαμε τρίχες στο μπάνιο που δν ήταν δικές μας , χωρίς καμία ηχομόνωση με αποτέλεσμα να σε ξυπνάνε οι καθαρίστριες που φωνάζουν στο διάδρομο από τις 7 το πρωί . Γενικά δν ανταποκρίνεται στην τιμη την οποία το δίνουν!

Helles, modernes und komfortables Apartment. Gute und hochwertige Ausstattung. Gute Lage fussläufig zum Meer/Strand und in die Altstadt von Parikia. Restaurants, Bäcker, Boutiquen und Fähre in der Nähe. Ausflug nach Naoussa und Lefkes mit öffentlichem Bus einfach zu erreichen/planen.

Der Check-In erfolgte im Partnerhotel, 5min zu Fuss entfernt.
