Perfect stay in the perfect location

Perfect location. Spacious apartment. Useful having a washing machine and air conditioning. Enjoyed sitting outside in the evening and enjoying the live music from the restaurant next door. We had a perfect and peaceful stay and we’ll definitely be back!

Perfect 3 bedrooms apartment for family of 5

Perfect apartment for our family of 5. Great location, close to the port and right across from the beach. Had all facilities we needed, washing machine was well needed at this stage of our trip. Plenty towels too. TV had Netflix etc, good WiFi so our teens were happy. Comfortable beds, everyone slept very well.

A thoroughly enjoyable stay for our family.

Our host met us off the Ferry with our name on a board - such a lovely gesture. She brought myself and our 3 kids and luggage to the Apartment which again, was a really lovely welcome. Our Host was very thoughtful and had some water in the fridge for us along with some sweets. She also gave us some delicious jam as a gift to bring home with us. Location was excellent - right across the street from a beautiful beach.

Ideally with 3 bedrooms and with 5 of us, 2 bathrooms would be ideal. We would also have liked to use a BBQ but not possible. Perhaps a gas BBQ across the street where the car park is would be an option?

Fantastic place! Truly recommended when you want a neat Apartment right by the beach and close to town!

It was really really great and exceeded all our expectations! A super nice hostess and we felt so well taken care of. On top of all my husband also got a fantastic surprise on his 50th birthday! Thank you so much for everything! We will come back!

Fabulous property right on the beach. Great host!

Clean, comfortable and spacious in a great location right on the beach. The host, Marousa was helpful, friendly and accommodating. Parking was great and Marousa gave un a chair and an umbrella. Easy walking distance to Parikia.

The apartment is beautiful lots of space and everything you need. Comfy beds great sitting area lovely balcony to sit out on . Down stairs fantastic bar restruant sit by the ocean drinking 🍸 cocktails. Swim in the sea at sunset . Just perfect. Hosts fantastic and there if you need them . Book this place you will not be disappointed Great location 👌

Perfect apartment for a family holiday

This apartment was perfect for our holiday! Just across the street from Livadia Bech and some nice restaurants. It's situated in a walking distance from the center of Parikia but still in a quiet and peaceful spot of the town. The apartment was super clean when we arrived. The hosts, family Marouso, where nice and friendly and answered our questions really quick. We where four people and we stayed for 14 days. We can highly recommend this place <3

The owner was the best meeting us helping us feel welcome. The apartment was big, good AC. Had washing machine and nice balcony. It is more familiar than fancy wich we love. Nice view

Εξαιρετικο σπιτι και ιδιοκτητης, ησυχο, διπλα στη θαλασσα και σε μαγαζια!

Ωραιο, μεγαλο διαμερισμα, πληρως εξοπλισμενο, ησυχο. Καθαρο, καθε μερα απομακρυνση των σκουπιδιων. Σεβασμος στα ωραρια μας. Χαμογελο. Παντα προθυμοι να μας βοηθησουν. Παραλιες για ολα τα γουστα στα 10 μετρα οπως και εστιατορια και μπαρακια σε κοντινη αποσταση. Προσβαση στο κεντρο με τα ποδια.
