Lovely place for a base to explore the lake district.

Was met by Graham and later met Lisa, both friendly and welcoming. Nice touches with the Bread, milk, cheese, wines and jams.Lovely spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, power shower over bath was great. Washing machine and electric dryer stand for clothes. Huge TV and being able to control the heating was another great feature. Quiet area even though property is by the road. Close to the town for the shops restaurants etc...

Paint smell when entered hallway.There was a smell of dogs when we used the hoover, and hairs and crumbs under the sofa cushions. my fault I didn't check the property allowed dogs to stay. Couldn't hang clothes as wardrobe as it was where dogs would sleep . No dressing table to get ready.

Perfect place for visiting the Lake District . Bus stop near by for trips to Penrith and other place

Host was very knowledgeable , advised on parking , places to eat . The property had lots of leaflets / books to show places to visit . The property was spacious and well presented . The property had a welcome pack of bread, cheese , milk , jams , small bottle of wine ( one red and one white) . Plenty of tea and coffee . Attention was paid to using local products . Good shower. Everything on one level.

Beautiful cottage couldn’t fault anything good size very dog friendly loved all the little extra had everything you needed and more met Lisa one of the owners she was lovely and our dog adored her recommended this property very highly

The accommodation is very stylish and we felt very much at home there. It is well laid out with a lovely sitting room, bathroom and welcoming space for our pet dog separated from the bedroom.

Charming little apartment just a short stroll from town.

We had a lovely stay at Clementi, a charming little apartment just a short stroll from town. The kitchen, living room, and dining area are welcoming and well set up, making it easy to settle in. A thoughtful welcome pack was waiting for us, which was a lovely touch. The bedroom is comfy, and the bathroom is spacious. Penrith is a pleasant town, just a 12-minute walk away, with quirky shops, great pubs, and restaurants. We enjoyed wandering through the streets, and walking up to The Beacon for a scenic walk with our dog. If you’ve got time, a trip to Aira Force Waterfall near Ullswater is absolutely worth it, it’s stunning. We stayed for three nights in May, parking might be a little trickier in peak of summer holiday, but there are streets nearby to leave your car. All in all, Clementi was a great spot for a relaxing getaway and a lovely base to explore this beautiful part of the country.

When two of us used the shower back-to-back, we noticed the floor got quite damp, even with the window open. Just something to keep in mind as it stayed damp during the day, also during our stay the toilet seat was not fully fixed and moved.

It was super cozy, bed is very comfortable, in a good location between everything, and also in a gorgeous village with many shops and food around!

Nothing we didn’t like! It was a very pretty property.
