Spacious, comfortable, beds with thick warm duvet and exceptional heating.

We like that SPAR convenient store is right across the road, bus stop, eateries, town center are within walking distance. Apartment is spacious, comfortable and fully furnished (living room and kitchen) with exceptional heating. Host provided more than enough toilet paper and liquid hand soap (just note that host does not provide shampoo or body soap).

Great weekend, great place and good recommendations

Great value, easy to access good parking. No issues at all. Shower brilliant. Heating a little weired. lovely and warm in the bathroom and bedrooms a little chilly in kitchen and lounge area, think the insulattion needs a look at in the roof as the radiators were piping hot. however not an issue for the break. Made a great recommendation for a meal on the saturday night, las casita, great spanish food and wine. Good communication in advance and a helpful briefing document that covered all you need

Absolutely excellent

It was very comfortable, warm, roomy with a brilliant shower! It would be hard to find anything to dislike - the owners wre lovely and answered one query very quickly. Basically, it was so nice to come back to after a day out.

As others have said, the steep steps might be a problem for some and the overflowing bin for rubbish outside. I think it would be worth giving more exact directions - it's difficult to judge from the road (even with satnav) where the apartment is, when there is no street name. Perhaps a photo or two, showing the gates or a board with the name of the house. Just some instructions for the gas hob- there was no automatic ignition.

Splendid

The property was neat and tidy, peaceful and instructions were everywhere to guide us appropriately. It was very close to the city centre and not far away from our activity locations. The beddings were firm enough, the lounge colour combination brought a homely ambience. Shower was great too.

There was really nothing not to like…asides for little adjustments to the fridge, side lamp in the room not being functional. All the other was great

An excellent comfortable flat for a break in the North Lakes

The location was exactly what we wanted and the flat was well equipped with everything we needed including all the kitchen equipment required for us to cook all our own meals. It was easy to adjust the heating so that we were warm and comfortable. The instructions for access with photos were excellent

Loved it , the location, the peace and quiet, the "luxury" we shall still return again when warmer

Location excellent - so quiet an area yet very quick walk into the town centre. The kitchen was a delight. The bedroom excellent and the bathroom fantastic. The central heating worked well and quickly (except in the front TV area where it was longer to get warm for some reason)

The steps up to the front door very steep - fine and understand that - but were icy a few times whilst we were there and the handle was far too low a height to make us feel very safe when walking up and down. Esp with the steps being very small in depth. The boiler was very effective and clearly very new - but was a bit too noisy for me (not the others who slept like angels!) in the middle of the night when it kicked in every now and then - It was VERY cold when we were there so it was doing its job!!

Nice place to stay but cannot use now as only two adults allowed.

Location, fabulous as we love Penrith shame it’s now only allowed for two adults as would have booked again as we travel with friends. Great little flat.

Would suggest a couple of tea towels , fridge and microwave need replacing, fridge door does not shut properly, microwave enamel coming off inside so do not use.
