Sandgate Chapel - Self Check In Apartments

Great living space, comfortable, clean and modern throughout the apartment. Great beds and en-suite facilities for both bedrooms.

Both beds are on mezzanines - difficult to get fully dark for kids and noise travels between these and the living areas. Parking is opposite flat and apartment is on second floor so just need to be aware for bringing stuff in.

The lock in the fire door located next to the bed doesn’t turn all the way so the door rattles. Noise from the emergency escape route from people walking up and down in the night

We stayed for one night at a two bedroom 2nd floor apartment. The apartment was clean and well organised. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms have good showers. Staff were very responsive and clear in their communication. They provided fans for all rooms and one for living room which was absolutely needed for this hot weather.

Not a big problem but you have to carry the bags from the public car park across the roads to the apartment and there is no lift in the apartment.

Nice location, and pleasant, clean apartment upon entering. Kitchen was good and kitted out well enough. Good location. Would stay here but know what you are getting based on comments below.

The room was incredibly stuffy. Fans provided but didn't allow the room to cool and with the bedroom being on the first floor it was hard to sleep. I imagine colder days/winter this would not be an issue. The kitchen, while good, was only kitted out for 2 people - no major drama but even though only 2 of sometimes not practical. We stayed on a Saturday and was fairly noisy from other residents. The general seating area was lacking. The sofa more of a double seat and no tv downstairs but yet this gigantic one in the upstairs bedroom meaning you could only watch tv when on your bed. There is one huge window with an oversized blind - not great for keeping light out in the summer months Finally the fire exit also leads from the bedroom. As lights on outside this added to the light.
