Excellent stay at the lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean. Room very comfortable and warm. Good amenities. The staff were outstanding very polite courteous welcoming and friendly. Stayed for evening meal and it was excellent one of the best meals I have had at a restaurant. Breakfast excellent freshly cooked to order. Beautiful scenery in a peaceful setting If you are visiting Penrith area this is the place to stay

My husband and I stayed at Roundthorn Country House and Luxury Apartments on 27th July, and we had a wonderful stay.
We were delighted to be upgraded to one of the apartments, which was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully presented. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we both had a fantastic night's sleep.
After a long drive, we really appreciated being able to check into our room early. It was a thoughtful gesture that made a big difference and got our stay off to a perfect start.
We also enjoyed a delicious evening meal, and breakfast the following morning was freshly cooked and excellent.
The staff were welcoming and friendly throughout our stay, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Roundthorn Country House and Luxury Apartments to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable place to stay.
