The property was in a great location. The room was comfortable. They had a double and a single pushed into the room, so a little crowded but we were happy to have everyone in one room. Breakfast was great.
The walls were a bit thin, but our neighbors were well behaved so not too bad.

We arrived later than planned but had called ahead and told it was no problem. Wewere able to park directly outside the door. A lovely welcome - super friendly hosts, we stayed in the family room with a double and 2 singles and had a great nights sleep and a fab full English set us up for a long day of walking around Ullswater! Big thank you!

Breakfast ok
The room in attic was shabby, folding toilet door did not close. I messaged to ask about parking with no reply. However host helpful with on street parking. My bed needed replacing!
