Kaiser Resort

Our stay at Kaiser Resort was wonderful. The cleanliness was impeccable throughout the property, and both the rooms and common areas were very well maintained. The facilities were comfortable and of a very high standard. The service was professional and efficient, while the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location is excellent, peaceful, and ideal for a relaxing stay. Special recognition also goes to the management, as it is clear that great attention is given to every detail and to ensuring guests have the best possible experience. We highly recommend Kaiser Resort and would gladly return!

Amazing staff and location. Nice breakfast.

Property is still being built so it’s quite noisy both inside and outside the hotel. Mountain view rooms face the car park mostly. Difficult to get food at the beach bar other than pizza and if you can get food, they stop serving food about 6pm in the beach bar area. Cannot start a tab so foreign nationals end up with lots of fees of paying by card.

De ligging aan zee is perfect! Het hotel is goed nieuw en kan echt heel mooi worden (als het af is).

Het hotel is in tegenstelling tot de foto’s nog in aanbouw. De bovenste verdieping lijkt op de foto’s af maar in feite wordt die nu nog gebouwd. Er was heel veel nog niet klaar: - omgeving is een grote bouwplaats voor andere hotels - bovenste verdieping is nog niet af er wordt nog gebouwd aan het hotel. - hotel lijkt perfect, maar er zijn veel dingen nog niet af zoals stopcontacten in de lobby, loszittende planken etc. - de kamers lijkt schitterend maar hebben veel gebreken. Als of er haast is gemaakt met het afmaken. Wc zit los en kraakt, ontwerpfout door badkamer deur naar binnen te draaien waardoor hij over het water van de douche heen gaat en daardoor beschadigd door het vocht. - gloednieuwe liften maken een “ping” geluid als er iemand in gaat, tot op de kamers hoorbaar. - in de ontbijtzaal hangt de bedrading uit het plafond - zo kun je nog wel even doorgaan.
