Hotel stupendo, pulizia impeccabile. La cosa migliore di questo hotel è il personale, sono tutti super gentili e hanno sempre un sorriso sul volto! ☺️ Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo i ragazzi che ci portavano e ci venivano a prendere con i buggy in spiaggia, sempre felici e disponibili!! 🏖️ Miri, in reception, è stata la nostra guida e ci ha dato un sacco di consigli utili per la nostra vacanza! Abbiamo prenotato il Tour di Grama in barca direttamente in reception e ve lo consiglio vivamente! 🚤 In spiaggia ci sono sempre lettini disponibili così come in piscina, il beach bar è fantastico! 🍹🍕 Possibilità di ordinare e consumare cibo e bevande preparati dal bar e ristorante direttamente sotto l’ombrellone. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la zona tranquilla e lontana dal centro incasinato. L’acqua del mare è impeccabile e super pulita! 🌊 Abbiamo sempre cenato nel ristorante dell’hotel, cibo buono e preparato con cura! I camerieri sono molto professionali e gentili. I nove giorni trascorsi in questo hotel sono volati e ve lo consiglio vivamente questo hotel se volete vivere una vacanza super rilassante. 🌴🇦🇱

Colazione secondo noi migliorabile o quanto meno dovrebbe essere più varia.

The place is the best what we could get in Himare. We had everything what we needed. The room was cleaned every single day ( properly cleaned!!!). The receptionists always there and always helpful. The swimming pool, the private beach in perfect condition, we never experienced shortages of sunbeds or towels. The restaurant’s staff were very attentive and friendly. I’m really sorry I couldn’t say goodbye and express my gratitude to the boy that was driving the electric cart to the beach ( I couldn’t find him on our last night there)

Curtains not wide enough for the window. Room fairly loud being next to reception, but didn’t keep us awake.

Beautiful terrace, ok standard rooms, close to the beach.

WiFi not working for almost 2 days, staff finally admitting that it hasn’t worked for 2 weeks but magically fixed it when told it is not according to what is paid for and that it must be fixed or a refund must be given. Shower has improper drain so the whole bathroom floor is flooded each time you shower, which makes the room constantly humid and sticky. Breakfast is store bought everything, cold, and not up to expectations of a 4 star hotel. Spent 4 nights, no room cleaning, no refills of toilet paper, no taking out trash. Staff blaming management, but does not seem to put in the effort themselves. Hotel is not operated in the evening or nighttime if anything should be needed in those hours. Rooftop terrace is not open all day, and does not serve alcohol.
