Really enjoyed our stay

Loved the set up, very nice modern design and the views from the main restaurant and bars were great. The pools were nice and overall it was a good choice for us, combining excellent value, and nice facilities. The food was great- really healthy local food and lots of options. The Souvlaki corner and crepe bars were great. Experienced some of the entertainment- the tenors were brilliant. We had massages and they were great. Spa facilities were a bit limited - just a few beds around a small indoor pool - but the actual massage was amazing.

There were many wasps which made eating outside uncomfortable at times! But I felt worse for the bar staff who had to deal with them constantly. It was close to end of season so I think some things were limited. It would have been better if we could have booked the a la carte restaurants more than once during our stay - was really surprised that we couldn’t, eating in the main restaurant every day three times a day otherwise - while food was great it felt a little repetitive. Also the deposit for beach towels was not great - €10 per towel. The beach is quite small also but there are many beautiful beaches in Corfu.

Very poor building quality in rooms even for Greece. A little outdated too. Wouldn’t say that this is a 5 star hotel, more like 3. First day ants were everywhere, even in the bed. Told the reception and they sprayed the room, but ants came back in the last day. The fridge wasnt working the whole time we stayed there, i mentioned it to the reception 2 times but nothing changed. Next time we will stay in some other hotel. Staff didnt really care much.

This short stay made me need another holiday - terrible experience.

Nothing - out of a 3 day stay two days were ruined due to overbooking and the staff did nothing to make up for it.

When we arrived we were unceremoniously told that our booked rooms were taken and we were sent to a 4 star hotel which was awful, dirty and terrible. The attitude of the staff was that we should shut up and not complain - the next day we could move into our room at 2pm. The rooms were changed from sea view to wall view pretending that a corner view of a shared pool would suffice to shut us up.

An excellent resort with exceptional staff and entertainment

A world class hotel with exceptionally dedicated and friendly staff throughout. The best entertainment team we have ever come across, so professional and passionate about their job. They truly made us feel welcome and made our stay unforgettable. JC in particular was the star of the team, with his exceptional performance skills and kind demeanour. His positive attitude and personal approach to guests made all the difference in our stay. Our little boy was chosen to be included in the Lion King performance and the entire entertainment team made him feel like royalty. They were outstanding in their performances every evening and we looked forward to all of their activities. The guest relations manager was also excellent and highly professional and went out of his way to accommodate our needs. A truly wonderful hotel with highly trained and friendly staff. Highly recommended!

The location and pool areas as well as the staff were great.

This should not be a 5 star resort, the food is not good. Our room did not have air conditioning and they waited to tell us they couldn't repair until late at night.

The location

Even though has lots of potential, and it is a good value of money, is not any near 5 star hotel. There are so many things need to be renovated. Starting for the furtinure at the entrance of the hotel. The only member of the staff who is actually working is the bartender in the main floor, does great coffee and he was so caring. The rest of the staff are so unhappy and unhelpful, you can feel there is something wrong. The floor of our room was full of dust, under the beds no one has vacuumed for the past year at least. The baby crib had tomato stains.

Enjoyable, entertained, lovely ambiance

Some of our best memories from the trip are thanks to the incredible animation team and the French entertainment crew—they truly made us feel welcomed and included throughout our stay. Their energy, friendliness, and enthusiasm added so much to the overall experience. We thoroughly enjoyed the variety of activities on offer, especially the archery, salsa dancing, and yoga sessions. Each was well-organized and a lot of fun, with something for everyone to enjoy regardless of age or skill level. The overall ambiance of the resort was relaxed and inviting, making it the perfect place to unwind while still having the option to stay active and engaged. A big thank you to the teams who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable!.

We enjoyed my time overall, but there are definitely a few areas where improvements could make a big difference to the experience. Firstly, I’d love to see more variety at the poolside bar—particularly in terms of food options. It’s a great spot to relax, but the menu could use a bit more diversity. It would also be wonderful to have a selection of fresh juices available. I understand these may be limited due to freshness and supply, but unfortunately, the water-flavoured juices on offer just weren’t appealing. When it comes to drinks, the wine served in the restaurants was disappointing. I honestly preferred to stick to water, which says a lot. A slightly better selection—even at a small extra cost—would be a welcome improvement. As for desserts, the ice creams in the restaurant were not quite up to par; they tasted more like artificial flavourings compared to the far superior options available at the poolside bar. It would be great to see the same quality offered across all venues. Lastly, the fruit selection could be improved. While the kiwi, bananas, and oranges were always sweet and delicious, I was surprised there were no strawberries, blueberries, or other seasonal berries available. A bit more variety here would really elevate the dining experience. Overall, it’s a beautiful setting with lots of potential, and with a few tweaks to the food and beverage offerings, it could be even better.

Worst hotel ever!

This is definitely not a 5 star hotel! I would give him a maximum of 3 stars. My rating is 2, not 1, only because of the efforts of the manager to put us in a better room. Unfortunately, it was terrible too.

- The whole place is outdated and needs renovation. Our room was small and terribly decorated. The bathroom was worn and stained, it needs proper cleaning. The room feels damp from the pool in front. - In my oppinion the hotel is over booked and there were not enough staff. There were queues all the time - for reception, in the dining area, for the bar... - There was only one creperie near the main pool. Our room was located next to one of the side pools and the bar offered only water (unbottled) and some awful cocktails. There was not even coffee!!! This is definitely not all inclusive for what you pay. - Unfriendly staff - except for the creperie lady and the bellboy. - Extremely uncomfortable bed. - We were unable to use Wi-Fi during the entire stay. - Non potable water from the tap!

Great vacation, could've been better.

Nice sea view, next to the sea shore with private sea beds. Large swimming pool. Free pool towels that can be changed daily. Various activities for kids and adults. Multiple areas with drinks, ice cream and crepes. Short 10min walk to the nearest village if night life is a must.

Food was just to salted and some of the dishes had a suspicious taste from time to time. The reusable glasses from the bar are not sanitized, just rinsed under tap water ( not drinkable tap water). We had to wash some of the clothes and they were washed all together so the whites bacame another color.

Not worth the stars

Nothing about this place we like. Compare to other 5 star, this should be 3 star.

Reception tried to hold our passport not to complete paperwork upon checking, she informed us to collect next day after breakfast. There's no way we leaving our passport at reception. We insisted to wait. Room looking tried and bathroom needs proper cleaning. We only had 1 dinner meal on our 1st day. The rest of our stay we had breakfast and meal outside, it more choices. Drinks are terribly awful. All alcohol are painstriper, it horrible. Mini fridge filthy and not cold.

Kein gutes Essen.

Das Essen war nicht lecker. Obwohl all inklusive, darf man nur bestimmte Anzahl vom Essen haben. So was haben wir noch nirgendwo erlebt … Abendprogramm ist sehr bescheiden. Wegen Mücken konnten wir das Essen nicht genießen. Es wurde NIX vom Hotel unternommen. Man kann für eigenes Geld im Laden beim Hotel gegen Mücken Spray kaufen.

bel hôtel bien rénové où on se sent bien avec une bonne equipe d’animation et un grand toboggan pour les enfants

La plage, son ponton et ses nombreuses piscines, les cours d’animation.

Le spa n’est pas super, il manque au moins un sauna et les massages sont réalisés dans le bruit à l’accueil. La salle de sport est dehors dans la boue…il faudrait au moins une terrasse et la couvrir. Les cours de gym et yoga sont faits sur un carrelage sale qui sert de dancefloor le soir au milieu de l’accueil et du bar, il faudrait changer les tapis de yoga qui sont délabrés. Ce sont des petites choses facilement réalisables qui donneraient encore plus d’attrait à l’hôtel . Il faut aussi revoir la propreté dans les couloirs (verres et coffre-fort en attente par terre pendant tout notre séjour)

Riskli sme ešte výlet k moru pred ukončením sezóny a urobili sme dobre. Vybrali sme si rodinnú izbu. Bola priestranná, čistá, pôsobila novo. Veľké pohodlnné postele. Výhľad sme mali na spoločný bazén. Napriek záveru sezóny bol hotel plný, hostia sa ešte nechceli vzdať leta. Všade bolo čisto, postarané o zeleň a aj celý areál. Služby fungovali na 100 %. Veľký výber jedla, palacinky a snacky počas celého dňa. alko drinky, samoobslužná káva. Boli sme veľmi spokojní.
