Really enjoyed our stay

Loved the set up, very nice modern design and the views from the main restaurant and bars were great. The pools were nice and overall it was a good choice for us, combining excellent value, and nice facilities. The food was great- really healthy local food and lots of options. The Souvlaki corner and crepe bars were great. Experienced some of the entertainment- the tenors were brilliant. We had massages and they were great. Spa facilities were a bit limited - just a few beds around a small indoor pool - but the actual massage was amazing.

There were many wasps which made eating outside uncomfortable at times! But I felt worse for the bar staff who had to deal with them constantly. It was close to end of season so I think some things were limited. It would have been better if we could have booked the a la carte restaurants more than once during our stay - was really surprised that we couldn’t, eating in the main restaurant every day three times a day otherwise - while food was great it felt a little repetitive. Also the deposit for beach towels was not great - €10 per towel. The beach is quite small also but there are many beautiful beaches in Corfu.

Riskli sme ešte výlet k moru pred ukončením sezóny a urobili sme dobre. Vybrali sme si rodinnú izbu. Bola priestranná, čistá, pôsobila novo. Veľké pohodlnné postele. Výhľad sme mali na spoločný bazén. Napriek záveru sezóny bol hotel plný, hostia sa ešte nechceli vzdať leta. Všade bolo čisto, postarané o zeleň a aj celý areál. Služby fungovali na 100 %. Veľký výber jedla, palacinky a snacky počas celého dňa. alko drinky, samoobslužná káva. Boli sme veľmi spokojní.

Big property, beach , good food, cats, pool area

Very poor building quality in rooms even for Greece. A little outdated too. Wouldn’t say that this is a 5 star hotel, more like 3. First day ants were everywhere, even in the bed. Told the reception and they sprayed the room, but ants came back in the last day. The fridge wasnt working the whole time we stayed there, i mentioned it to the reception 2 times but nothing changed. Next time we will stay in some other hotel. Staff didnt really care much.

Le SPA La proximité mer et le nombre de piscine

La saleté de toutes les toilettes communes, peut importe l'heure. La climatisation qui ne fonctionnait pas et qui faisait un bruit énorme. Le balcon trop petit , si bien que la table et les 2 chaises bloquaient pour ouvrir les volets. Le personnel pas souriant. La piscine principal trop profonde partout.

La nourriture était infecte. Nous avions un all-in et n’avons pris que deux fois le petit-déjeuner, mangé qu’une fois le soir au buffet et une fois au restaurant à la carte. C’était tellement immangeable que j’ai l’impression que leur chef n’a jamais goûté les plats sortant.

This short stay made me need another holiday - terrible experience.

Nothing - out of a 3 day stay two days were ruined due to overbooking and the staff did nothing to make up for it.

When we arrived we were unceremoniously told that our booked rooms were taken and we were sent to a 4 star hotel which was awful, dirty and terrible. The attitude of the staff was that we should shut up and not complain - the next day we could move into our room at 2pm. The rooms were changed from sea view to wall view pretending that a corner view of a shared pool would suffice to shut us up.

An excellent resort with exceptional staff and entertainment

A world class hotel with exceptionally dedicated and friendly staff throughout. The best entertainment team we have ever come across, so professional and passionate about their job. They truly made us feel welcome and made our stay unforgettable. JC in particular was the star of the team, with his exceptional performance skills and kind demeanour. His positive attitude and personal approach to guests made all the difference in our stay. Our little boy was chosen to be included in the Lion King performance and the entire entertainment team made him feel like royalty. They were outstanding in their performances every evening and we looked forward to all of their activities. The guest relations manager was also excellent and highly professional and went out of his way to accommodate our needs. A truly wonderful hotel with highly trained and friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Relax z rodziną

Hotel na najwyższym poziomie. Czyste, nowo wyremontowane pokoje (pokój rodzinny z wyjściem na plażę) , czyste, codziennie sprzątane pokoje. Polskie kanały TV. Codziennie roznoszono wodę do pokoju. Opcja all inclusive-spełniała wszelkie potrzeby ( było w czym wybierać ). Wyśmienici animatorzy ( Pedro, DJ:), zachęcali do wspólnego spędzania czasu, aktywnego, do tego co wieczór disco dla małych i dużych. Personel , na każdym szczeblu, bardzo, bardzo uprzejmy, Hotel i całe zaplecze-ogrody, plaża, teren przy basenach-czyste i zadbane.

Ferien in Korfu

Das Animationsteam war für immer für eine Überraschung gut. Das Essen. Besonders der Soulvaki war sehr lecker. Das Buffet hatte eine grosse Auswahlmöglichkeit. Man konnte draußen sitzen. Es hatte immer einen Platz frei. Die Anlage vom Hotel war bezaubernd. Die Abendunterhaltungen haben uns sehr gefallen. Der Minimarkt im Hotel konnte alles bieten was man brauchte.

Der Typ an der Rezeption der uns am Samstag 10.05.25 in der Nacht beim Check In in Empfang genommen hat, war sehr unfreundlich und hatte kein Verständnis für unsere Anliegen. Wir haben ein Zweibettzimmer gebucht und nur mit einem Doppelbett erhalten. Das zweite Bett oder das Schlafsofa war nicht im Zimmer wie auf den Fotos und der Buchung zu sehen. Die Fotos gehören zum Familien Zimmer und nicht zum Zweibettzimmer. Der Abfluss in der Dusche war verstopft. Diesen haben wir selbst gereinigt. Aus der Duschbrause kam sehr wenig Wassser, so das man mind. 20min braucht für das Haare waschen, wenn diese sehr lange sind. Unter dem Bett wurde nicht Staubgesaugt. Der Fernseher konnte nicht benutzt werden, da dieser defekt war. Im Zimmer gab es keine aufhäng möchlichkeit für Handtücher. Es hat ausschließlich auf dem Balkon eine aufhäng möglichkeit. Leider kann man nur ein Restaurant von dreien am Strand besuchen in einer Woche. Dafür muss man 2 Tage zuvor reservieren. Uns wurde diese Information bei der Ankunft nicht zugetragen.

Sehr freundliches Personal, stets hilfsbereit. Wir wurden, so weit es ging vom Hotel unterstützt, nachdem unser Koffer zu spät ankam.

Der Strand ist erdig, daher das Wasser nicht ganz klar, dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts.

Is not a 5 star hotel- it is a 3

The location

Even though has lots of potential, and it is a good value of money, is not any near 5 star hotel. There are so many things need to be renovated. Starting for the furtinure at the entrance of the hotel. The only member of the staff who is actually working is the bartender in the main floor, does great coffee and he was so caring. The rest of the staff are so unhappy and unhelpful, you can feel there is something wrong. The floor of our room was full of dust, under the beds no one has vacuumed for the past year at least. The baby crib had tomato stains.

Personnel charmant, équipé d’animation super sympa, nourriture excellente. L’hôtel est sur une surface très étendue donc on n’a pas l’impression d’avoir du monde.

Mi habitación era la 703 el primer día dejé la bata de ducha en el baño sin usar doblada volví de la piscina y ya no estaba . Luego todos los días TODOS. Desde las 7 y media 8 de la mañana se ponen en mi puerta porque creo que tienen un cuarto de risas y fiestas lo cual me despertaban todos los días durante mi estancia y cuando salía a comer se callaban de tal manera que no decían ni una palabras …. Muy molesto entiendo que se tomen el trabajo de otra manera para no amargase pero no de esas maneras sabiendo que ahí hay 3 puertas y son 3 habitaciones que se escucha todo las oía como si estuvieran dentro . Por otro lado me hizo la cama bien el último día . Porq los primeros hasta la sábana estaba arrugada. Solo subían la colcha prefería hacerlo yo .

Some of our best memories from the trip are thanks to the incredible animation team and the French entertainment crew—they truly made us feel welcomed and included throughout our stay. Their energy, friendliness, and enthusiasm added so much to the overall experience. We thoroughly enjoyed the variety of activities on offer, especially the archery, salsa dancing, and yoga sessions. Each was well-organized and a lot of fun, with something for everyone to enjoy regardless of age or skill level. The overall ambiance of the resort was relaxed and inviting, making it the perfect place to unwind while still having the option to stay active and engaged. A big thank you to the teams who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable!.

We enjoyed my time overall, but there are definitely a few areas where improvements could make a big difference to the experience. Firstly, I’d love to see more variety at the poolside bar—particularly in terms of food options. It’s a great spot to relax, but the menu could use a bit more diversity. It would also be wonderful to have a selection of fresh juices available. I understand these may be limited due to freshness and supply, but unfortunately, the water-flavoured juices on offer just weren’t appealing. When it comes to drinks, the wine served in the restaurants was disappointing. I honestly preferred to stick to water, which says a lot. A slightly better selection—even at a small extra cost—would be a welcome improvement. As for desserts, the ice creams in the restaurant were not quite up to par; they tasted more like artificial flavourings compared to the far superior options available at the poolside bar. It would be great to see the same quality offered across all venues. Lastly, the fruit selection could be improved. While the kiwi, bananas, and oranges were always sweet and delicious, I was surprised there were no strawberries, blueberries, or other seasonal berries available. A bit more variety here would really elevate the dining experience. Overall, it’s a beautiful setting with lots of potential, and with a few tweaks to the food and beverage offerings, it could be even better.

Heerlijke vakantie

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, hele fijne persoonlijke benadering! Heerlijk rustig bij seizoensopening. Mooie renovatie in de kamers doorgevoerd en prachtige ligging uitkijkend over zee en op de bergen van Albanië. Fijne all-in formule met mogelijkheden tot a la carte, creperie en souvlaki bar.

Er is gerenoveerd in de kamers, echter sommige zaken in de badkamer en enkele zaken in de centrale faciliteiten blijven daar nu bij achter. We vernamen wel dat er plannen zijn om de centrale faciliteiten aan te pakken komend jaar en dat is goed. Wij hadden vanaf de seizoensopening geboekt. Wat heel fijn is, is dat het dan nog rustig is, echter je merkt wel de opbouw in openingstijden van bijvoorbeeld de a la carte restaurants en de dagelijkse kleine uitbreiding van het buffet, omdat het resort nog geen volle bezetting heeft.

Гарна зелена територія, багато квітів, море поруч. Харчування було різноманітним та смачним. Прибирали номер щодня. Лежаків досить багато, але все рівно люди їх займають, тому після 8 години ризикуєте не знайти місця коло моря.

У номері постійно були мурахи, і хоч як прибиральниця не намагалася їх позбутися- не допомагало. У перший же день чоловік наступив у морі на морського їжака, тому будьте обережними!

Worst hotel ever!

This is definitely not a 5 star hotel! I would give him a maximum of 3 stars. My rating is 2, not 1, only because of the efforts of the manager to put us in a better room. Unfortunately, it was terrible too.

- The whole place is outdated and needs renovation. Our room was small and terribly decorated. The bathroom was worn and stained, it needs proper cleaning. The room feels damp from the pool in front. - In my oppinion the hotel is over booked and there were not enough staff. There were queues all the time - for reception, in the dining area, for the bar... - There was only one creperie near the main pool. Our room was located next to one of the side pools and the bar offered only water (unbottled) and some awful cocktails. There was not even coffee!!! This is definitely not all inclusive for what you pay. - Unfriendly staff - except for the creperie lady and the bellboy. - Extremely uncomfortable bed. - We were unable to use Wi-Fi during the entire stay. - Non potable water from the tap!

Τοποθεσία Παραστάσεις και βραδιές θεματικές Μπουφές πρωινού και βραδινού αρκέτα ικανοποιητικός όχι σε ποιότητα 5άστερου αλλά φοβερή γωνία με ξυλόφουρνο για πίτσα και φοκάτσια! πολύ ωραία η νεροτσουλήθρα και οι μεγάλες πισίνες Επιλεγμένοι και λίγοι εργαζόμενοι που εξυπηρετούσαν πραγματικά για εσένα. Η παραλία μπροστά στο ξενοδοχείο πολύ καλή. Στο all inclusive συμπεριλαμβάνονται όλα τα παιχνίδια-αθλητικές δραστηριότητες όπως και τα ποδήλατα θαλάσσης εξτός του φλαμίνγκο που είναι με χρέωση γιατί δεν είναι του ξενοδοχείου. Μέσα στο all inclusive και τα εστιατόρια, το Ιταλικό και το κινέζικο. Τόπος για να χαλαρώσεις και να μην κάνεις τίποτα!

Πολυ παλιακά τα δωμάτια, δεν έχουν την καθαριότητα που αρμόζει σε ξατάλυμα. Βρήκαμε σκουριά σε σεντόνι και μαξιλαροθήκη, ήταν καθαρισμένα, αλλά και πάλι δεν δικαιολογείται η σκουριά. Επίσης υπάρχει αγενές προσωπικό, προσωπικό που δεν είναι για 5αστερο ξενοδοχείο και επειδή φιλοξενούν κατα 98% ξένους, νομίζουν πως τους κοροιδεύουν και όλα καλά! Το παίξαμε και εμείς ξένοι και ότι δεν καταλαβαίναμε Ελληνικά και μας κοροιδεψαν για το τι παραγγελνουμε…Τέλος πάντων λίγοι οι κατάλληλοι εκεί. Ότι έπαιρνες από pool bar, και γυρω γύρω απο τις πισίνες απαράδεκτο, δεν πινεται τίποτα απολύτως ειναι όλα νερο, άντε μόνο η μπύρα λιγάκι, τα φαγητά άθλια εκτός λίγο της κρέπας που σώζει τα προσχήματα, αν τα σώζει. Στους μπουφέδες υπάρχει μεγάλη ποικιλία αλλά η ποιότητα θα μπορούσε να είναι καλύτερη! Δεν υπάρχει ψύξη στα ψυγεία και στις συντηρήσεις. Μας είπαν για χαλασμένα ψυγεία, το παγωτό ήταν λες και έβαζες γιαούρτι. Τα φρούτα δεν ήταν καλά. Ξαναλέω για 5άστερο και αυτό που περιμένεις δεν είναι! Παρόλα αυτά πας για να χαλαρώσεις και γενικότερα προσεχεις τι τρως και πως κινείσαι!

Great vacation, could've been better.

Nice sea view, next to the sea shore with private sea beds. Large swimming pool. Free pool towels that can be changed daily. Various activities for kids and adults. Multiple areas with drinks, ice cream and crepes. Short 10min walk to the nearest village if night life is a must.

Food was just to salted and some of the dishes had a suspicious taste from time to time. The reusable glasses from the bar are not sanitized, just rinsed under tap water ( not drinkable tap water). We had to wash some of the clothes and they were washed all together so the whites bacame another color.
