המיקום יפה על שפת ים באיזור הצפוני של קורפו והדרך נסיעה לשם מרתקת

ראשית, פרטי החדר שסגרנו היו הכל כלול וציפינו לכך כאשר בפועל היה תפריט שהציג פריטים כלולים אך גם פריטים שדרשו תשלום - כאשר לדעותינו אין הצדקה לדרישת תשלום כי רמת הפריטים לא הייתה גבוהה בצורה שמצדיקה דרישת תשלום נוספת. נוסף לכך, פרטי החדר הגדירו בריכה פרטית ובשטח גילינו שזו בריכה משותפת בין שני חדרים. ובמהלך השהות שלנו במלון (סגרנו 3 לילות) לאחר הלילה הראשון התחילה בעיה במים של המקלחת והם לא היו חמים עד שבשלב מסויים הם לא זרמו בכלל… למלון לקח יותר מ12 שעות לסדר את התקלה ואנחנו כבר הפסקנו להמתין וביום השני כבר עזבנו מיוזמתנו ועברנו למלון אחר.

Location was nice…with beach just by the hotel

Facilities were poor and so was the response when complained. Room Phone wasn’t working during our whole stay, no hot water in the shower, no water at all for a short period of time, food was mediocre….

La chambre dit suite mais l équivalent d une chambre normale Salle de bain de 3,3 mètres carrés WC compris Pas de canapé juste une chaise pour deux personnes et on l à demandé jamais eu Fenêtre SDB ne ferme pas, manque cache sur la serrure électrique, étagère arraché,boîtier électrique à côté du lit,rideau abîmé,plinthe décoller, balcon en mauvais état Personnel d accueil pas trop sympa et ne trouve pas de solution à tous les problèmes et directeur donne une solution aux bouts de 5 nuits aucune volonté de contenter les clients aucun geste commercial ni d excuse sincère

Badezimmer nicht gründlich geputzt, Zimmerservice vergesslich (Laken vergessen, frische Handtücher vergessen) Liegen beim Pool und am Strand waren dreckig, da Schaumstoffmatten Nicht nachhaltig: es wurde für jedes Getränk ein neuer Wegwerf-Plastikbecher verwendet

Skvělý a milý personál. Hotel je čistý, moderní. Velice veliký výběr jídla při snídaních, obědech i večeřích. Dva bazény v areálu, jeden “dětský” a jeden u moře, kde spíše trávili čas dospělí.

Malá koupelna, sprcha hned vedle záchodu bez zástěny, takže všude mokro, bez možnosti setřít vodu do odtoku. Žádné odkládací police, na kosmetiku, ani na sprchové gely ve “sprchovém” koutu. U bazénu je upozornění, že se nesmí rezervovat lehátka, bazén se otvíral od 10 hod a už před 8 hod byly všechna místa obsazená ručníky.

Overall, we had a good stay. There are definitely points that need an update.

1. Our suite was spacious and clean (except on the day we checked in when the floor was dirty). 2. Daily cleaning — thanks to the housekeeping staff. Aside from a few small details, I have no complaints about them. 3. The bar staff were extremely friendly — shoutout to all the girls and guys at both the outdoor and indoor bars, wishing them all the best! 4. The entertainment program was quite good. The morning aqua gym was awesome — the trainer (VAAAAAAAAAAAAN) spread positive energy and motivation. I also joined water polo and darts — both were fun! I even placed second in Bingo and got some gifts, nice! :) 5. The sea was clean and warm. Sometimes there were small waves, which I actually enjoyed. The seabed was pleasant too, though you have to walk a couple of meters of “foot massage” to get there — water shoes won’t hurt.

1. Very few spots available on the beach. If you don’t wake up at 6 AM and throw your towel on a sunbed, you have no chance of getting one later. The pool situation is similar, except you need to get there around 7–8 AM. I tried to fight the system, but my wife didn’t want me arguing with everyone, so by the second day I had to become part of the system. 2.If you put the shower and the toilet in the same room, at least separate the shower somehow (for example, with glass doors). After taking a shower, the entire room was flooded. Whoever designed that wasn’t the brightest. 3. Food: after several days it started to feel repetitive. We found a few decent options for breakfast and dinner, but for example — the omelet was really weird, with some kind of fishy taste and odd texture. The beer also tasted strange, and there was no proper coffee, only terrible machine coffee. As for the local carbonara — I think Italians would fall into a coma if they tried it. 4. A-la carte restaurant: it’s more of an attempt at “fancy restaurant” with better service. The view is great, but the main issue is the food — it’s basically the same dishes from the buffet, just plated differently. At dinner I was even served a morning hash brown under a chicken fillet, lol! Worth visiting once just for the view, and that’s it 5. Service: one evening at dinner I went to find a bottle of water and ran into the floor manager. He asked what I was looking for, I said “water,” and he asked me to sit down and wait — they did bring the water. A couple of minutes later, a waiter came to me with a terrified look and begged me not to do that again because “I make things worse for him this way.” My question to the system: either bring water consistently (not just once in several days), or don’t pressure your staff when guests ask for it. That’s a management issue, not the waiter’s fault. 6. Don’t leave your staff at the pool. I left my slippers overnight, and the next day they were gone. Never saw them after

A reptéri autókölcsönzőből az elhúzódó autóátvétel miatt éjfél körül értünk a szállodába. A recepció villámgyors volt a becsekkolásnál, és még pótvacsorával is készültek a későn érkezők részére. A szálloda közvetlenül a tengerparton van saját stranddal. A szálloda és a környéke csendes, pihenésre kiváló. A szálloda előtt kavicsos a tengerpart, de van a közelben (1 km) homokos tengerpart is, a víz lassan mélyül és tiszta. Aki szeret a hullámokba ugrálni annak különösen tetszeni fog. A szálloda külön kérésre tud reptéri transzfert is szervezni. A szálloda mellett van egy kicsi autó és robogó kölcsönző. 10 perc sétára meg egy komoly kerékpárkölcsönző is. Az All Inclusive ellátásban mindenki talál kedvére, étrendjére valót. A szállodából kb 1-1,5 óra autóútra szinte minden fontosabb látnivaló, strand elérhető. A szobákat naponta takarítják, és a törölközőket is naponta cserélik, illetve van folyamatos ásványvíz bekészítés. Naplementekor a tengerbe bukó nap látványa a tengerpartról egy itallal a kézben...több mint pazar.

Alapvetően az egész szállodában, a parkjában tisztaság, rendezettség van, ezért furcsa hogy a külső medencéhez tartozó mosdókat délután már nem takarították.

Séjour horrible dans un hôtel catastrophique

Hotel ne merite pas les 4 étoiles, une vraie déception qui m a gâche le début du séjour.

Tour d abord l hotel merite une rénovation profonde et une revue des bases rudimentaire de ce que c est une hôtellerie type 4 étoiles ou même 3 . Tout d abord, problème de climatisation, chambre non adaptée pour une famille donner une chambre au 2 dme étage sans ascenseur !! C est une erreur monumentale certaine chambre ne sont pas pourvu de rideau du coup des que le soleil se lève ca perturbe le sommeil. Salle de bain extrêmement petite et manque de rangement vraiment pas adapté aux familles... Literie pas du tt confortable et les oreillers sont mous et de mauvaise qualité La climation était HS malgré mes relances aucune action n a ete entreprise pire on m annonce que le problème est réglé alors qu elle ne marche pas on a passé 3 nuits dans un four tellement il fait chaud L hotel est envahi de moustique ma femme et 2 femme ont subi plusieurs lésions de moustique l hotel ne traite pas les extérieurs aucune action pour m'être au minimum des prises anti moustique ou des répulsifs La nourriture se répète énormément pour le déjeuner ou dîner il y a une sorte de poisson en petite quantité ce qui est honteux pour une destination balnéaire La plage privée n a que le nom mais en réalité il y a que 8 transats pour toute la clientèle qui sont envahis des le matin aucune gestion ... Les fauteuils et mobiliers ne sont aps adapté pour un séjour en famille des placards sans rangement et des chaises avec des tâches tout est sale même les transats sont sales La politique des serviette est archaïque a récupérer qu a partir de 10h dans une salle qui ressemble a un gouffre!!! Salle de sport non entretenue vieillotte qui ne donne même pas envie de faire du sport!!!

very bad location of the facility, constantly strong gusts of wind and big waves, the beach is too rocky and you practically cannot enter the water. only 10 sunbeds on the beach. very bad hygiene and food. as soon as we arrived at the hotel, we were asked to pay half of our stay in cash and half by card, and if we don't have any, we can only stay 2 nights. very bad experience and I would not recommend it to anyone the accommodation is not at all like the picture
