Odlican hotel

Drugi put dolazim u ovaj hotel i moji utisci su izvanredni. Sve u hotelu je na najvisem nivou,usluga,hrana,cistoca i izuzetno ljubazno osoblje, posebno gospodja sa recepcije Kiki,koja je bila izuzetno usluzna i ljubazna,kao i momci u baru Theodor i Dejan. Excellent all-inclusive

All Inclusive-package was excellent. Worth to pay. The room was spacious and the view was magnificent.

Très bien!

Hôtel complètement rénové, très moderne, les chambres plutôt spacieuses et bien décorées, on s'y sent très bien. La petite terrasse est un plus pour être au calme. Les serviettes en chambre sont changées chaque jour. Le buffet est plutôt bon dans l'ensemble avec un énorme choix pour tous les goûts ! C'est propre (vaisselles, hall d'accueil, chambre) Vous pouvez louez une voiture via l'hôtel c'est d'ailleurs beaucoup moins cher que par des loueurs extérieurs et en plus la voiture est déposée devant l'hôtel et on l'a restitue de la sorte. Piscine très grande avec beaucoup de transat ( petit bassin pour les enfants). Les serviettes de piscine/plage coûte 5€ pour la durée de votre séjour mais vous pouvez les changer tous les jours. Personnel très sympathique qui fait au mieux pour vous et très gentils avec les bébés. La plage à côté de l'hôtel (5min à pied) hyper accessible avec un bébé, tres pratique, mignonne avec restaurant, bar de plage.

Un peu déçu lors de notre arrivée car nous n'avions la même chambre que sur les photos qui était plus petite qu'indiqué malgres que l'hôtel nous confirme que c'est la même catégorie. Nous avons une chambre juste en dessous du restaurant, on entendait toutes les chaises qui traînent sur le sol des l'ouverture jusqu'à la fermeture (sans compter le personnel qui nettoie après la fermeture) donc très compliqué d'endormir un bébé. Et également les camions de livraison qui livraient le matin à 7h et qui stationnait devant notre chambre. D'ailleurs l'hôtel est tres peu adapté aux enfants, aucun espace vert libre, pas d'extérieur pour eux style balançoire , bac à sable. C'est aussi compliqué en poussette, des escaliers partout qui descendent à la piscine, au bar, au restaurant, pour allez dans votre chambre (si vous êtes au 0).

Le séjour s'est bien passé mais un peu cher pour ce type d'hôtel

L'hôtel est très bien placé, les plages sont très accessibles, la chambre pour 2 est assez spacieuse, la literie est très bonne, les buffets (m/m/s) est très bien fourni, les piscines sont agréables, le personnel d'accueil (surtout Kiki) est très aimable, la masseuse fait très bien son travail. Nous étions en all inclusive et c'était franchement satisfaisant question nourriture. De plus, on peut faire une demande de pique-nique pour le lendemain quand on va en visite et ils avaient prévu un repas froid dans le frigo de la cambre pour notre arrivée très tardive. On a apprécié de pouvoir réserver la voiture la veille pour le lendemain, avec réception du véhicule sur place. Idem pour la réservation du taxi pour le départ.

Il manque de la place pour ranger les affaires quand on est 2, le nettoyage du sol des chambres était un peu trop superficiel durant le séjour, et il manquait parfois du linge de toilette. Les odeurs de canalisations étaient assez désagréables. Côté piscine, l'un des nageurs-sauveteurs a été particulièrement désagréable. Il n'y a pas de SPA à proprement parler, juste quelques massages (mais la masseuse fait parfaitement le travail!) dans une pièce un peu vieillotte et pas trop prévue pour se détendre (accolée à la zone piscine). Côté nourriture nous avons regretté que les dessert soient surtout adaptés aux étrangers autres que français (pleins de crèmes et de sucre) et qu'il y ait si peu de pâtisseries grecques. Heureusement qu'il y avait pastèque et melon. Côté bar, les cocktails classiques ne sont pas prévus en All inclusive et sont assez chers (10/12 euros).

An excellent location and the best staff ever!

We had a wonderful stay at Iolida Corfu Resort & Spa by Smile Hotels. The hotel was impeccably clean and offered a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and meet our every request. The food was another highlight, with delicious options that exceeded our expectations.

The only downside was the lack of an on-site beach; the nearest one was a bit far to walk to, which was a bit of an inconvenience. Despite that, we thoroughly enjoyed our time and would recommend it for anyone looking for a serene getaway with great service and food!

A great place if you just want to chill by the pools and hotel the whole day.

A new hotel with nice swimming pools. It wasn’t uncomfortably packed when I visited in last June. There was a store in the hotel selling bus tickets, and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel when you walk down the hill.

If you’re looking for all inclusive hotel with nice beach, here is not recommended. There is an access to the beach for 10-15 mins walk, however no shade or chair whatsoever as majority of the space is occupied by the seafront hotel. The vibe in the hotel is chill and relaxing (many elder people and families), but if you are young people who are looking for fun and vibrant night life, less recommended as the entertainment team won’t bring you to explore night life and the clubs are slightly far. The package tours sold by the hotel are more than normal prices, however they included the transport if you don’t have a car.

Konstantna buka. U koje god vrijeme odlučite odmoriti u svojoj sobi, vjerojatno će vas nešto probuditi. Doslovno mozete čuti pomicanje namještaja na katu iznad vas, lupanje vratima (vrata sobe su jako teška, a nemaju ublaživač, stoga ćete i u pola noći čuti kad netko dodje u svoju sobu) na hodniku kao i sve vezano za održavanje hotela. Trebalo bi biti prioritet da gosti imaju mir. Pored toga, sve ostalo je odlično.

O vacanta minunata ! Nu as alege alta cazare in Corfu ! 100 % de revenit !

Mi-au placut toate: - Personalul a fost extraordinar, prietenos, empatic, ofera informatii utile, nu se putea sa ne ajute mai mult decat au facut-o ! In special doamna Elena si doamna Kiki - sunteti minunate ! - Hotelul este frumos, modern, bine amenajat, cu tot ce ai nevoie, restaurant, bar, terase frumoase, gradina si o piscina frumoasa si curata, la care gasesti intotdeauna sezlonguri ! Camera mare, curata, moderna ! Fara tantari si fara furnici ! - Serviciu de curatenie foarte bun - se face curat in fiecare zi, esti intrebat daca ai nevoie de ceva ! - Locatia - aproape de transportul in comun si si daca nu ai masina ajungi oriunde doresti, cu busul 7 usor spre orasul Corfu. In apropiere sunt magazine. - In apropiere este o plaja care ne-a placut, desi nu era cea mai spectaculoasa din Corfu pentru noi a avut un mare avantaj, era cu mai putina lume pe plaja. Apa era minunata, plaja curata, fara alge , cu nisip, insa in apa cand intri sunt pietre insa e ok cu incaltaminte potrivita ! - De la hotel se organizeaza excursii, interesante si la pret mult mai bun decat de la alte agentii. Imi pare rau ca timpul petrecut aici a fost mult prea scurt, doar 3 zile... - Varianta de all inclusive a fost extraordinara si mi-a depasit asteptarile ! Mancare buna, variata, cu fructe la toate mesele, cu salate, preparate din carne, prajituri. - Serile sunt organizate si poti sa nu te plictisesti, insa muzica nu se aude tare si te poti odihni. - Nu in ultimul rand privelistea din terasa Multumesc pentru ultima zi, pentru surpriza de care am avut parte: am primit o camera mult mai mare decat cea achizitionata, cu piscina proprie ! Am achizitionat o camera pt 2 zile, ulterior ne-am gandit sa ramanem aici si in ultima zi inainte de zborul spre casa si nu am mai gasi camera cu vedere spre mare, asa ca am luat una cu vedere spre gardina. Nu ne-am asteptat la camera primita, fiului meu i-a palcut enorm, mai ales piscina proprie ! Multumesc ! Cu siguranta ne-am intoarce !

Exceptional !

- The hotel was amazing, modern with a relaxing and big pool. My son enjoyed it a lot. We always found sun beds. The pool was great and the music around the pool was not too loud. - We've got a spacious and modern room, with confortable beds, quiet AC and the vue from the balcony was fantastic ! - Good housekeaping, everything is spotless in the room and in the hotel. Everyday the towels are changed and they provided us bottles of water in the room. - The huge variety of the food at the breakfast, at the dinner ...definitely something for everyone... The food was delicious. - The location is great, in front of the hotel it is a bus station who takes you in Corfu Old Town. Even without a car it is easy to travel. - The beach nearby is with stones but the water was warm, clean, great ! We loved that area of the beach without sunbeds (it is a small area, the most beach is with sunbedss of the hotels near). (Maybe the beach is no so spectacular like other beaches from the island but the views were amazing and it is no so many peoples after 6 p.m... - The staff were great: friendly, helpful, accommodating, and knowledgeable, especialy Elena and Kiki and I haven't enough words to thank you: "because of you", our holiday was the best, we had time of our lives !

Hotellin lähistöllä ei kivaa rantaa ja muutenkin aika kaukana kaikesta, jos kaipaa enemmän tekemistä. Hotellissa aika kova meteli. Käytävän äänet kuuluvat huoneisiin ja viereisen hotellin iltaohjelmat lähes joka ilta klo 21-23. Myös uima-altaalla soi musiikki koko päivän, joka on tarpeeton. Eli jos kaipaat rauhallista ja hiljaista lomailua, tämä ei ole paikkasi.

Indimenticabile!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole, grazie soprattutto allo staff, sempre gentile e disponibile sia prima dell’arrivo che durante tutta la permanenza. Vorrei sottolineare in particolare due servizi non scontati, che ci hanno colpito positivamente: La prima sera siamo arrivati a mezzanotte e, con nostra grande sorpresa, ci hanno fatto trovare una cena completa in frigo: panino, bibita, dolce, succo… un’accoglienza davvero premurosa. Inoltre, il giorno del checkout, nonostante l’orario ufficiale fosse alle 11 e il nostro volo fosse solo in serata, ci hanno comunque permesso di pranzare gratuitamente (avevamo la formula all inclusive) e addirittura messo a disposizione una stanza gratuita per poterci fare una doccia e rinfrescare dopo la giornata passata in piscina. È un’attenzione che non avevo mai ricevuto prima in altri hotel e che merita davvero di essere riconosciuta. Le camere erano pulite e molto belle, la piscina ben tenuta, cibo nella media ma comunque buono e internazionale. Tutto il personale è stato sempre cordiale e disponibile. Nel complesso, un’esperienza molto positiva che consiglierei sicuramente!

Lovely break away, had everything we needed.

- Staff were very helpful, accommodating, and knowledgeable - Good selection of breakfast - Lovely balcony with view - Room cleaned daily with bottles of water - Good facilities (air/con, TV, kettle, fridge) - Pool and sun beds were clean and well looked after - Good range of activities (tzatziki and cocktail making, aqua gym etc).

- Pool playlist was a bit repetitive which wasn’t great for a full day lounging - Pool opening times weren’t great (could have been open a little earlier than 10am)

Heel erg lekker eten, super vriendelijk personeel, grote kamer

Het eten is echt super lekker. Verse salade bar met veel keuze, maar op de presentatie van het eten is veel beter dan een hoop andere all inclusive hotels. De kamer die wij hadden was mega groot, met een enorm balkon heel fijn. Goede verduisterende gordijnen en de slaapbanken waren meer dan prima. Personeel ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam. Handdoeken service voor €5,- pp. uitzicht was echt heel mooi. Supermarktje direct bij de ingang van het hotel

De cocktails waren echt niet te drinken, mega zoet en beperkte keus. Helaas was de locatie voor ons niet top. Er was relatief weinig te doen in de directe omgeving. Een echt mooie beachclub (Malibu) op 15 minuten lopen maar doordat het laagseizoen is, kun je niet lekker op stap met vrienden. Blijkbaar is dit pas vanaf juli. Taxi (enkeltje) naar old town is standaard 40,- wat ik ook behoorlijk duur vind wanneer je daar heen en terug moet.

Magnifique vue sur la mer chambre spacieuse et grande ménage fait tous les jours petit déjeuner avec du choix, très bon salle de sport avec du bon matériel A 20min de corfou en voiture et à 30min des différents spots de randonnée

la climatisation ne marchait pas (elle n'avait pas encore été activée début mai), hors il fallait ouvrir la fenêtre avec le bruit des animations / discothèques jusqu'à 23H...

The fact that you (booking.com) sold this as a room with 2 double beds. And we got 2 single beds pushed together to make one double bed. And the hotel advised they do not have any rooms with double beds. And even on their direct website, there is no room advertised double beds. And also the air con was not working for the hotel.

Awesome stay

The food was amazing ...Every meal was a hit, also quite varied, the staff were quite helpful and professional expecially the receptionist Kiki and the manager that made us mocktails, any issues we had got resolved quickly. Hotel was also quite clean and modern. Also great animation and activities for kids .

Neue Ausstattung/Essen war gut.

Allinklusiv ist nicht zu empfehlen. Die Getränke sind doch nicht alle inklusive …nur bestimmt…und die schmecken nicht. Das Hotel liegt nahe an der Straße. Der überarbeitete Poolbereich hat einige unsauber verarbeitete Paneelen (Stolperfallen). Die Ausrichtung des Hotels zielt eher auf das französische Publikum. Am Pool lief am Nachmittag aus zwei unterschiedlichen Bereichen unterschiedlich laute Musik. Hatte dadurch eher Kirmes-Charakter. Grundsätzlich sehe ich da keine 4 Sterne-Kategorie.

Heerlijk relaxen

Mooi, gerenoveerd hotel. Heerlijk bed, alles schoon, mooie inloopdouche. Wij kregen een upgrade naar zeezijde en dat was erg fijn. (Behalve als je met een kleintje komt want er is tot 23u luide muziek). Mooi balkon. Heerlijk eten, echt altijd wel iets te vinden wat je lekker vindt. Animatie team doet veel.

Muziek bij het zwembad mag echt wel een beetje minder hard. Dorp zelf stelt niet veel voor.

Incredible staff, sea view, food amazing , close to at least 6 restaurants and shops as well, 5 min walking from the hotel to the beach, room cleaned everyday, needed more towels or blankets they were there in 2 min .Speechless !
