Overall, the facilities are lovely and the general standard of service and food is very good. I do think the sandwiches/wraps in the packed lunch are very poor given the cost and 5-star nature of the resort and when compared to the quality of food in restaurants. We also found that the pool bar food was very poor quality compared to other food on the resort.
Nevertheless, the staff are exceptional and nothing is too much trouble.
I would highly recommend hiring a boat for the day with the company affiliated to the hotel on the beach - Maria is fantastic and we had an amazing day exploring the coast.
The resort could do with more adults only areas, particularly in the restaurants (and those that are available are too small so are often full). The adults only pool areas at both buildings are also walk-through areas to other parts of the resort (although the adults only beach area is more sectioned off which we preferred).
