I liked that it was very quiet even though it was close to other properties. It's only a 15 minute walk from Hastings Town Centre which meant we could leave the car at the house. Having said that, it's on a hill so be prepared for an uphill walk back!
The bedroom is upstairs and there's no toilet on that level. If stairs are a problem I wouldn't recommend.

An excellent, well maintained Casita, a full kitchen, with everything you need from reheating a pizza to preparing a full Sunday roast. A very stylish full shower room with everything you need. A very comfortable good sized bedroom. And a very nice seating outside space for chilling in the evening. The hosts where perfect, while leaving the guests to enjoy the stay, Jo an Andy where readily available if we had a query, thanks guys for your hospitality.

Everything was lovely and clean, modern and well stocked. The area was lovely and quiet as well.
Slight WiFi issues kept dropping out but nothing we couldn't sort.

It is easy to find. A well maintained property with many thoughtful designs. Very cozy, will definitely come back in the future.
I didn't find towels in the bathroom, they are stored upstairs.
