About this apartment rental
This spacious and light-filled 4th floor flat is on St Leonards seafront, close to the new pier, Warrior Square, Hastings, art and culture (eg the Jerwood gallery), many restaurants, the beach, and all sorts of other activities. It has amazing views from its roomy balcony, high ceilings and a great location. It's laid out in boho-chic style, bare floorboards, rugs, open plan, etc. It's a very comfortable space and place to relax in. It is a really great place for couples and single guests to relax and enjoy a beautiful weekend by the sea. (Please note I’ve not been able to get the a/c serviced this year - so it’s not currently working).

This is an amazing treasure of a place. It's got stunning views out to the ocean and even has a super comfortable raised viewing platform for a better view. As the host lives in this place it's fully fitted with kitchen utensils etc. and the seating area is comfortable and beautifully furnished including so many plants that make this flat a home. The bedroom and bed were super comfy and the bathroom easy to use. All in all a fabulous stay and I thoroughly recommend it. Thank you Neil for creating the conditions for a wonderful weekend, Thor

Beach view was stunning both day and night.St Leonard’s is so up and coming with fabulous restaurants and uniqueShops.Apartment was cosy and quite.Only negative was finding parking ,but once found we were able to walk everywhere.

The flat contained all the owners personal possessions including his cloths in the wardrobes so we had no choice but to live out of our suitcases.
Parking near the flat was for the most part a nightmare and my wife's car was scraped twice
The view from the balcony was great though
We were not keen on the area as a whole although there was some worthwhile visits out of the town
