Joli appartement confortable, propre, fonctionnel et spacieux, la cuisine est bien équipée. Situation proche du centre et des plages. Le lit est confortable et il y a beaucoup de place pour ranger ses affaires.

La douche est un peu compliquée, il faut faire attention de ne pas mouiller toute la salle de bain et le sol reste mouillé pendant des heures.

Beautiful apartment which is so spacious and great for a weekend or week-long break. Kitchen is excellent and well-equipped for those who like cooking like us! Nice welcome touches and owner easy to contact and responsive when needed. Internet speed very good and firetstick TV channels available as well as freeview. Lovely old fireplaces, and beach art work in flat. A small backyard is easy to access from the kitchen for outdoor dining or a relaxing drink outside - complete with lights for when it gets dark. Used public transport to get around as was only a 12 minute walk from Hastings station. Easy to walk to the pier and can see the sea from the lounge which was a bonus we didn't expect. We loved the flat and can't wait to go back

The flat was well equipped, perhaps a small hoover for guests to use would be appreciated for longer stays but only a suggestion as not essential. Highly recommended holiday flat

Spacious, well equipped and warm even when it was freezing outside. The on-site parking was a great plus.

This is nitpicking, but a coffee table in the living room would be useful, and the floor of the 'wet room' bathroom took a long time to dry.

Location is excellent! It's really central and so easy to get to everywhere, especially to the town centre and all the restaurants and to the sea front. It's also not too far from the bigger supermarkets like Lidl. The host is absolutely wonderful; helpful and approachable throughout.

A shower tray would have been brilliant.
